The food is amazing. Service is a little slow but, I do understand the idea of not being rushed and giving more time to enjoy the food. Overall it was a great experience and I am more than happy to return to this establishment. It is higher end with an ever changing menu based off current ingredient availability which, makes ever dish fresh and delicious.

Recently, finding out my new neighbor and his family owned, operated and was the primary chef off an Italian restaraunt. I had to do the neighborly thing to do right! With no real expectations I placed an order for the lasagna and chicken romano. My expectations for any other future Italian place I may visit. May being the operative word. Art is the chef and family make their own pasta in house! The ambiance, food and bringing your own bottle of your favorite wine. Well, lets say the atmosphere has most likely allowed many men a great night after a date here. I would recommend this place to anyone that enjoys good Italian food.

My friend and I found this place totally by accident and I'm so glad we did. The food was amazing and the aesthetics were fantastic, it was like eating at a restaurant in Europe. The chef/owner is so great, he presented his pasta of the day to us personally and it was so so so good. Already made a reservation to go back.

I was very excited to try Papa Amadeus. I came on a Friday evening, and was a little disappointed to find out they would not be having live music, even though their website says they have musicians on Friday and Saturday night. Our waiter was kind and attentive. I didn’t like the garlic rolls very much, they had a texture similar to a soft pretzel, not really like a dinner roll. For my entree I had the Romano Chicken, which was excellent. The tiramisu was also good. Unfortunately they were out of most of their other desserts that night. Overall, I would go back, but I would hope to return on a night with live music. The atmosphere was not really quite right without it, it was very quiet in the restaurant.

As an Italian living in Texas it’s hard to find a Good Italian restaurant this one is amazing. The food and service was Top Tier. I had an amazing appetizer and the wine was great and the olive and Bread so good. I had the chicken Parm it’s was so so good. And for dessert Creme Brulee was AMAZING!! the atmosphere was so nice. I even talked to to the owner afterwards what a great guy. I’ll definitely be back. So if you’re looking for an authentic Italian this is it. And yes people Spaghetti is not Authentic it’s an Italian American dish so you won’t find it here. But you will find the real Italian food.

My wife andi met another couple for dinner on Saturday night. The atmosphere was great especially the jazz band. My meal was one of the best I have ever had and I was very impressed by the entire experience. I will be back. It is so nice to fine an independent business owner that made an awesome meal at a fair price.

After reading reviews and hearing good things about this place, I wanted to try it… The pasta dishes were pretty good. The soup was very salty. The bread was heavy and doughy. There were only two other tables at the time and the servers still managed to bring the wrong order to our table. Lastly, the restaurant must have an AC problem because there were several portable AC units lying around but none turned on. It was uncomfortably warm. Probably won’t be back.
