“I ordered delivery and was not happy with the products and condition in which I received my order. Took it back to the store and spoke with the manager and started by telling him that until yesterday this was the best Pizza Hut I’d ever ordered from. He apologized and corrected my order. He didn’t argue with me or make any excuses. I will continue to order from this location. Thank you Jessie for your exceptional customer service.“
“Update: The past two years this place has gone down hill! Every time I give it another try because my wife loves their cheese, they always disappoint! Never add the extra cheese I pay for and always arrives dry like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp! And the prices have increase but the quality have decrease! Fool me can’t get fooled again! Never again.I have been ordering from this location for 5 years and have NEVER had an issue with my order and always on time, whether pickup or delivery. I don't know what these other people are whining about! Love this Pizza Hut!“
“I honestly did not know if Pizza Hut was going out of business or not because the one by my old apartment was absolutely terrible. There was never any sauce on a pizza and anytime I tried to contact customer service it was like they didn't want to answer! BUT this Pizza Hut is amazing the pizza was great and I absolutely love it I'm so glad I moved to this area.“
“Not going to lie, my experience started off horrible but it was Doordash to blame. After talking to Doordash customer service they said I would be fully refunded and after 5 days that never happened. Went into the store and spoke to the manager Nae and she fixed me right up!“
“My wife and I order from this location and always get great customer service. Management always checks our order before handing it to us and asks if we would like any add-ons such as desserts, dipping sauce, parmesan cheese, red pepper etc. She makes great small talk with us and we enjoy coming here. We usually order a large supreme and meat lovers and every time its always perfect. We appreciate all the staff, thanks.“
