“We are visiting from out of town on Feb 21 , 2024 and called the Tomball Pizza Hut on 2920 to talk to the night manager named Ryan a couple of minutes before close. He answered and went out of his way to help us. Truly appreciate that he answered the phone so late and was so genuinely helpful. Look forward to coming back next time we are in town! “I usually never have any issues but today I ordered a 3 topping and they completely forgot the pepperoni and I didn't realize it until I got home. The staff is always quick and friendly but understaffed and over worked. The place itself always looks unkempt and bare. I love pizza hut and its nostalgic for me but it seriously needs some Tlc. I would love to see classic pizza hut dine in experience come back.“
