“So, these photos are a little after we devoured the pizzas – they were seriously gone in a flash! They were absolutely amazing, cooked perfectly, and so incredibly tasty. You can definitely tell whoever made them knows their stuff. Even though they were super busy, they still took the time to say hello, which was really nice. I actually ordered the same pizza from a different Pizza Hut the other day, and it was a total letdown – the pizza was pretty bad, and the person at the counter couldn't have cared less. Such a difference!

“Update: The past two years this place has gone down hill! Every time I give it another try because my wife loves their cheese, they always disappoint! Never add the extra cheese I pay for and always arrives dry like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp! And the prices have increase but the quality have decrease! Fool me can’t get fooled again! Never again.I have been ordering from this location for 5 years and have NEVER had an issue with my order and always on time, whether pickup or delivery. I don't know what these other people are whining about! Love this Pizza Hut!“

“It did take me some time to place the order because the app kept having issues so I called in the order. I will first say I was hesitate to call in the order and go to Pizza Hut because the last time I did I had the tidiest encounter with the night time shift manager, Tanisha . She had to be one of the rudest employees of any establishment I have ever spoken to. I swore I would never order from Pizza Hut again. That was over a year ago. Well today because of location only, I ordered from Pizza Hut in Spring Texas. Well I was greeted with a smile and friendly personality. The shift manager, Ana, was awesome. I was so impressed not only with her demeanor, her customer service, making sure all food items were correct. Doing all of this while helping other customers with a SMILE. Something many have forgotten how to do. Especially Tanisha. I have never submitted a review before but when you encounter someone who is nice, helpful, and smiling….you must give them kudos. And I aplogize for calling out the night time shift manager but some people should not have those positions….and as a manager of country clubs…..I know when some people should never have contact with customers. The Dm and GM need to do their job and make some changes at that location.
