“I’ve been a loyal customer for well over five years (maybe close to ten with how fast time flies) and the whole team at Pizza Hut never fails to be kind, patient and friendly. Their service is phenomenal, and I’m a particular fan of their convenient drive through window for carry-out. Every one of them has always called me “Miss [First name]” when I pull up and it warms my shy little Southern Heart every time.
I had an issue with ordering something wrong via the app once (probably a user error) and when I arrived to pick up my order, they were very kind and allowed me to adjust what I truly wanted effortlessly.
My roommate and I have never had a bad order, the food is always hot and what we’ve wanted and pick up times have always been swift. We’ve made and will continue to make this Pizza Hut our regular pizza stop!!“
“I had my doubts with the smaller pan pizza (large) garlic breadsticks and 6 wings for 40 bucks. Used a lot of points for the discounts and wow we our family of three couldn’t be more impressed. One of the last standing authentic early 2000s quality we remembered as kids. Please give this place a try! Most stores have gone to crap but not this place.“
“Food is amazing, they may get orders wrong here and there but if you call them up they will offer you the best solutions. Its sad to see other people complaining leaving this fast food place a bad reputation, over things that are such a non issue.“
