Terrible experience. We tried to redeem our T-Mobile On-line coupons. Store could not type code into POS, said we had to order via app. So we did.
The on-line system stripped the free sandwich from our orders, but still charged us for the required purchase. Store would not fix the problem. Store refused to give cash refund from app debit card charge... said we’d have our refund in a few days.
