We popped in on a Monday evening. No waiting. After we were seated, in came the crowd. So we had beat the crowd. Staff very nice. My food was excellent. Great experience. Food delicious. I ate every bite. Dined in. My food was packed to go. My favorite dressing Ginger something. A great salad. Lots of choice. My drink. Peach lemonade. Looking forward to my next visit bc the food is so good and fresh.

I usually enjoy Salata, but this visit was really disappointing. The staff didn’t smile or greet us with any friendliness — it felt like we were bothering them just by being there. The person preparing the salad seemed rushed and was barely adding any toppings. To make things worse, they tried to charge us for pita chips that normally come with the meal for free. We had to point it out, and the attitude we got in return made it even more uncomfortable. The whole vibe was low energy, like the team just wanted to clock out and go home. I hope management addresses the customer service, because this location definitely needs improvement. We won’t be coming back to this location, and we definitely wouldn’t recommend it to others.
I ordered a salad and had it delivered with a request for 2 dressings on the side. I called and was told I could get an extra dressing when I go in. I paid twice as much for a delivery and all you can offer is a free dressing instead of a salad? How am I supposed to eat this? I'm very pissed. Terrible service and no redress.

I had issues with this Salata 2x regarding not getting what I paid for and I’ve called 2 speak with the Mgr 3x and I keep getting told no Mgr (Cindy) not available and also I just called again today and the person who’s checking customer out said call back tomorrow.
