Tried this place after seeing it on Facebook and finally moving close to the area. I think the food has great potential but I was a little disappointed in the taste. I felt it was a little bland, I also felt like my fried rice lacked flavor. One thing I did enjoy were the egg rolls. Those were very tasty.

The food is incredible, never been let down. Very consistent incredible taste and sear on the meats. The owner seems to be a super nice guy and actually seems to recognize us as regulars and that definitely adds to the experience given how friendly he and the rest of his staff have been. The portions are insane like two people can share one meal and still have leftovers for lunch the next day so don't gasp too much at the price.

The customer service by itself is great.... then I ate the food! Wow. Great flavor, not a bunch of oil and generous portions. Money spent well here. Excellent staff, and I haven't had a bad meal here yet. The salmon and the chicken teriyaki with noodles are top of the line A1! Chicken fried rice is good as well. I'd get it with no eggs if possible, though. Otherwise, an amazing food truck will return.

Don't hesitate! Just come visit. The Hibachi, teriyaki, egg rolls, yum yum sauce! I could drink that sauce lol Everything is delicious. The star of the show right now for me is the smash burger w/ grilled onions, mushrooms, mayo and I added yum yum sauce to it! I ordered it two days in a row :)

DO NOT eat here if you like small portions, cold food, soggy noodles, eggrolls that aren’t perfectly crispy, flavorless food, etc BECAUSE the food, flavor, quality and portions here are top notch and on point. Clean, flavorful, cooked to perfection! And the egg rolls - a must must must have. I will be honest when I say I looked at the menu for the first time and thought “wow ok, pricey” but my husband and I finished our meals saying “it was worth the price and we will happily pay that again and again. The $$ reflects the quality. It’s Sunday and I actually want to leave a bad review because I remember when some dummy actually gave them a real bad review for not being open ? and now I get it - I’m so upset they’re not open right now because I’m CRAVING some Shinobi!!!!!

I’m not a food truck kind of girl because I have had some bad experiences… but this meal was so FULL of flavor and you could taste the freshness in every bite. The steamed rice even had flavor! Most places serve bland steamed rice so I was pleasantly shocked. The sweet lady working there asked if I wanted some of their “yum yum sauce”. I was like what is that? She replied back “oh that’s all you gotta say” and put a few containers in the bag lol. Now what they need to do is bottle their yum yum sauce cause I can see myself putting that on everything! ? The portions are also HUGE! I was able to save half of my plate to finish later. Worth every penny!

Not a fan of their new steak, I liked the old steak better because it melted on your mouth. The salmon was overcooked as I like it moist. The first time I haven’t enjoyed, only liked the rice. Also not a fan of the new charbroiled chicken. I will definitely be back tho and give it another try because it’s my favorite teriyaki spot
