I’ve been a long time customer from this location here is my honest thoughts and opinions; they have a trashcan, I’ve never had a frappe from here but if u want something similar to Starbucks go there or Dutch bros ,where they specialize in that . They always try to give me warm/ hot glaze but I don’t mind if it were cold after all they can’t magically have hot glaze sitting there 24/7. All the workers understand and speak English but I think 2 of them have a harder time...

I am from Europe and when i travel some time to Houston i always eat here bavarian donuts and coffe.For me this is an absolute super please.Amazing donuts and very nice staff,need anymore?Here are both,thank you.

Donuts had an after-taste that tasted like they had been cooked in old, used oil. Disappointing, because Shipleys has always been my go-to donut place....for about 55 years!! VERY disappointed!
