The place is so dirty that I almost wanted to just drive off without ordering. You can see water all over the floor and im not sure how warm it is the one of the workers was sweating and water all over his belly on his shirt. The guy who got my order wasn't even looking at me and when I asked about the colaches, he said everything so fast and so bored. Then says "what else?" And still not looking at me. I ask for the donut holes and he said okayy and walked off and basically dragging his feet. And the worst part, my order was about $5 and they charge $4 just for using your card? I couldn't spent that getting taco bell breakfast instead and had a much cleaner and more relieving experience knowing my food is done in a clean environment and nicer attitude

The place is dirty as soon as you walk in you can see dirt all over the floors and smudge stains on windows and walls. The bathroom is by far the worst in my opinion your bathroom is an extension of yourself and what this location displays is nastiness, laziness and poor work ethic. If the bathroom is dirty I can only imagine the cooking space to be dirty.

Was very disappointed..I always get the creme filled donuts...the filling was awfull..it's like they watered down the original cream that used to be in them.
I mean come on it's Shipley's. Everyone knows they are the G.O.A.T. when it comes to doughnuts

Will not be going back to this location. Horrible service, extremely slow, got my order wrong after repeating it 4 times. Had to ask for my change back when paying. $27 for donuts for 3 people is way overpriced.

Tried it since our normal donut shop was closed. Loved the cinnamon twist and the fact you can heat up your own items.
Stopped in at 7:30 for 2 kolaches, 3 dollars each. I would say these were at LEAST 2 days old. The bread was dried out and the jalapeño on top was shriveled and aged. This isn't cool. I want my $6 back but didn't have time. Best Donuts right up the street is 100% better.

Continually serves cold donuts in spite of their sign saying….HOT donuts 5am-11am. I’ve given them several opportunities and they keep serving them cold even when I request fresh hot ones. (At 8am)

This got to be worst shipley’s poor customer service & the donuts were cold my first & last time here I ordered a sausage & cheese lol ache she gave me a spicy kolache I didn’t know til I was gone
