Staff and service expected. Dozens donuts+14 Kolachi's=$48. Wow. Seems expensive to me. $2.90 each for a small piece of sausage covered with bread then meat. For this price should be better quality.
The donuts here are consistently good and fresh in my experience over the last 10 years, but we like Kolaches a great deal, and the Kolaches are consistently sub par. Specifically the cheese is usually leaked out and the inside dry. I have been to many other Shipley's and find that this is a problem about 50% of the time. The only consistent one is on N.Main and 45 South.
