This was my first visit, and i was not impressed. I waited too long for my food, and when i got it, it was cold. I'll try once more, but sadly, this visit was a 2 out of 10.

I haven't been here in about +6months because the last manager was so rude. A friend told me that person was no longer there so I tried it again and this time the chicken was barely edible. I ordered the classic fried chicken strips extra crispy. The chicken had no flavor and was not crispy. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the ranch is good..

The kitchen workers were so loud and obnoxious we couldn't hear our conversation at our table. Food was not well prepared, I guess they were to busy goofing off and being loud. The guy at the register was good though.

Not impressed at all.I've never been to a Slim Chickens, so I thought I'd try this one. Arrived right at noon, and they're not busy at all (first red flag).Order my food. Takes longer than it should have to arrive.In the mean time, I'm at the soda machine. Black particles in the ice and water of both of the machines, indicating that they don't clean them nearly as frequently as needed.The food: I had the new bacon ranch chicken sandwich, and subbed the fries for fried mushrooms.The sandwich was small. Smaller than even a McDonald's sandwich (which is bad).Mushrooms were fine.The mixture of slow service mixed with the black particles in the drink machines and less-than-impressive food, I won't be back to a Slim Chickens.

Why isn't this place busier than other chicken places? Their fries are some of the best! Their chicken tenders actually have some flavor! They have some other great meal options and sides (mac & cheese - that is actually good; coleslaw; potato salad). They have a ton of homemade sauce options - pick your flavor.
The food was okay but the customer service was horrible. My boyfriend and I went for lunch. The cashier was so rude and unpleasant such a horrible attitude. If your not happy at your job don't take it out on the customers. Not going back.
