I feel must update my review. I visited this location again and my experience this time was much more pleasant. Ashantl was the person assisting me to day and her customer service skills really turned my experience around for the better! She was so sweet, super helpful and let me know about the specials and new flavors they had. This was the best experience I’ve had here!! Before I entered the cupcake shop, I saw a blackboard with an advertised new cupcake. It boasted a Nutella Nella type cupcake that didn’t fall into the traditional cupcakes they usually sell. I was on the fence about buying because I didn’t know how it tasted, so when I went insude I asked the cashier, Kristha if I could have a sample of the Nutella cupcake that Smallcakes so proudly advertised on the outside of their shop. She told me Small Cakes ran completely out of samples. I looked up and over at the 3 tier rack of Nutella cupcakes as well as batch of the same Nutella cupcakes that had been laid to rest on the counter, clearly waiting to replace the Nutella cupcakes on the tiers. My confusion is, why would your shop promote a new cupcake that people clearly haven’t tasted before and not offer customers a sample before they buy. As a result, I didn’t order the cupcake but order a cupcake I was already familiar with. Small ales would rather have customers blindly order cupcakes they have no idea what they taste like then spare 1 spoonful of a staple and Oder a dozen because it was a hit. I would like to speak to a management representative to figure out if this is standard company policy.

Ashanti is one of nicest, sweetest, caring, professional and talented bakers I have met. She made my family feel like we were her family. My kids totally enjoyed the experience and environment. We will definitely be returning. The somewhat long drive was worth it
I just left the place. The service was terrible. The person working was insanely rude she gave me crazy attitude and seemed a little drunk on the job not really sure, I was waiting for 30 mins for one cupcake, she kept going to the back. Instead of wasting time here just go to another place! I see why it was empty. She ran everyone away with being rude.
***And for the owner to respond saying they didn’t sell a single cupcake makes me wonder if business is bad due to the lack of customer service. And yes. It was the RIGHT location. Check cameras and the trash can where the cupcake went.

Ordered 2 red velvet cookies in the morning and they taste stale/a day old do not recommend. Wouldn't be surprised if they gave me the ones from yesterday. The brownie was also bad. Cupcakes are good though.
