I just left the place. The service was terrible. The person working was insanely rude she gave me crazy attitude and seemed a little drunk on the job not really sure, I was waiting for 30 mins for one cupcake, she kept going to the back. Instead of wasting time here just go to another place! I see why it was empty. She ran everyone away with being rude.
***And for the owner to respond saying they didn’t sell a single cupcake makes me wonder if business is bad due to the lack of customer service. And yes. It was the RIGHT location. Check cameras and the trash can where the cupcake went.

I have not been to this location for a couple of years but, today I was very pleased! Especially with Serenity who was working the front counter. She made me feel so welcomed, and I truly felt like I was just talking with a friend! Super sweet and knowledgeable of the establishment!

Ordered 2 red velvet cookies in the morning and they taste stale/a day old do not recommend. Wouldn't be surprised if they gave me the ones from yesterday. The brownie was also bad. Cupcakes are good though.

First time here asked lady some questions and she seemed bothered by asking to see if they can make all the cupcakes into cakes or only certain flavors she also wasn’t welcoming at all. No “hi how are you or welcome In” nothing. Very snobby also the cupcakes are stale and overly sweet.
