I used to be a frequent customer, prob weekly. Closing time is 10pm on Friday, I get off work late and like to pick up a smoothie cause it’s convenient and “open”. I pulled up at 9:55. I saw a car in the drive through window getting his smoothie so why not. They waited all 5 mins without saying anything to me at the drive through until close so they didn’t have to serve me. I get it last minute customers are annoying but every1 has their own circumstances and if you’re open then you’re open… I tip good too.. Start closing when you’re actually closed if it’s inconvenient..

This smoothie King location is near my neighborhood therefore this is where I come mostly! The Smoothies are usually on point. I usually pull up at the drive thru. The two times I decided to go in staff wasn't friendly.

⚠️ Unprofessional and Concerning Experience — Smoothie King, [Insert Exact Address if You’d Like] — Sawdust Road, The Woodlands, TX
Date: November 6, 2025

Today at approximately 12:12 PM, I went through the drive-thru at this Smoothie King location to place an order. I handed my credit card to the employee working the window — a younger, light-skinned Black male. He charged my card and gave me the receipt, but did not return my credit card. A few moments later, a different employee — an older Black male with a noticeable mustache — handed me my drink. The first employee never returned to the window with my card.

Within 20 minutes, after reaching my next stop, I realized I still did not have my credit card. I immediately called the store. A short, older white female — who I believe may be the manager — answered the phone. Instead of asking for any details such as the time of my visit, what type of card it was, or checking with the employees, she immediately said, “We don’t have your card.” There was no offer to verify with staff, check the cameras, or follow any type of proper protocol for a missing customer credit card.

This was not only unprofessional, but also alarming, given that my card was last in the possession of their employees. The situation was dismissed instantly without investigation, accountability, or concern for customer security.

This location shows a serious lack of professionalism, responsibility, and customer care. For your own protection and peace of mind, I strongly recommend avoiding this Smoothie King on Sawdust Road.

I used to be a frequent customer at this location. But today when I picked up my smoothie something felt off about the taste. Turns out there was plastic from a bag on every sip I took. I did not finish my smoothie and had to throw it away as it could’ve been a health hazard. This was completely careless from the staff to just throw the bag into the blender along with the fruit/mix. Completely unacceptable!!! I will not be returning to smoothie king.

Very, very bad customer service I have never seen before the manager who says her name is Renee slammed the window door on me because I asked for my my receipt and she screamed and told me that I was giving Mercy and I told her that I didn’t receive my receipt… I also got stomach pains and I’m going to definitely report this… be aware to not go over here!! punished
