It's ridiculous and misleading to even have to give this location 1 star to leave a review! THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN, period. It's literally a convenient venue for HIGH or SKIPPING high school students that live there due to its location right across from the school. I'm convinced everyone who works there is either too high to function, pay attention to details, or is special needs which would explain the PISS POOR INADEQUATE "SERVICE!" It's a damn shame. Every now and then the wind will blow me in that drive thru for a slushy and i immediately am met w REGRET! I've had 2 different females walk out randomly after waiting forever for 2 doggone slushes that never made it to my vehicle! I watched people drive off just as I've done in the past-- and just like I just DID!!CLOSE THAT BIHH DOWN PLEASE!!I swear they CONSISTENTLY SUCK AT SERVICE!!

The manager actually cussed me out. She also would not give me my drink and told me to come get it when I told her the service was horrible. The name on the tag is Chelle. She has blue hair and a bad attitude. I kept asking for my Credit Card after she had it for over 15 minutes. She kept asking what I ordered after I had given it to her three times. I was a little nervous because she was mixing up the orders in the drive thru line. I was there for almost 30 minutes waiting on a drink. I couldn't leave because she had my credit card.

i live in the apartments right by this sonic and have tried for the past year to always give them the benefit of the doubt. but seriously this is the worst sonic to ever exist!! i don’t even know where to start. half of there slots do not work. they are CONSTANTLY out of everything. seriously. the only things i really go to sonic for are slushies and ice cream. they are ALWAYS out of both. if that’s even the case. like they have to be lying or they need to shut this place down for never having over 50% of their menu. bc i try and stop by every other day bc i’m pregnant and am always craving sonic. not only that but the workers constantly close the resteraunt an hour and a half to 2 hours before close. i’ve never been able to place an order there after 9:30 when they close at 11 online. and so does every other sonic to exist. i now drive out of my way just too go to the sonic off 1960. NEVER COME HERE!!!!!!

Not just this time but every time I go here ...(this time was with someone else and we stopped in)...they get the order wrong every time,they act like they have no clue what's going on most of the time and after the 2nd or 3rd attempt at getting the order right after being there 40 min she was rude and acted as if we had nerve to want what we ordered!!! What that....NEVER AGAIN!!!! And the food usually SUCKS,COLD,SOGGY,JUST NASTY....

I ordered an ultimate meat and cheese burrito for the first time and it was false advertising. It wasn't nice and neat with sausage crumbles. It was super big and barely rolled, greasy and sloppy due to the filling being placed in the middle. I usually don't mind large portion sizes, especially for a great price but I was turned off by the look. Lol it made me actually feel like I was putting trash into my body. Just super sloppy and greasy with huge chunks of meat and greasy eggs.

No stars - waited 15 minutes for 2 corn dogs - never came. People in front of me and behind me were served but not me. Second time we have ordered and no one delivered anything. Last time I will ever go to this place.

Didn't bother to check my bag, got someone else's meal.Thursday, I return to give them the benefit of the doubt... got what I ordered and now I'm missing work (friday) due to food poisoning.Think each visit I was waiting for a minimum of 15 mins as well. Won't ever eat any food from this sonic again.

Sonic should really sharpen their vetting process for potential franchise owners as this location is hurting their brand. Consistently out of menu items and condiments, this location will always let you down.

I placed a mobile app order for the 19764 Interstate 45 North Spring, TX 77373 location at 156p went to the Aldine Westfield location then drove to the I45 location so a 3 min drive. At 245p still waiting for our order. We checked in after approx 15 min because the screen said our order was on the way and we have no order. We stopped the carhop as she walking through looking to deliver someone else's order 4 min passed and still no food. I tried the button again and no response. So I left at 259p Basically I gave Sonic 10.89. Drove to Sonic on Aldine Westfield arrived at 3p same order now order recvd and driving home at 305p. Disappointed to say the least

So I guess the workers here are taking on the McDonald's business model of "our ice cream machine is down" whenever they're too lazy to make a shake. This happened on 03/11/2023. That's literally the only reason to come to sonic really, is the blasts. So if you're hiring workers who are too lazy to clean the one thing your business is known for, I feel bad for the future of this location. So I went to jack in the box to get my shake craving fixed. And this isn't the first time this has happened at this location.

Unfortunately they were out of the following: Chili, ice-cream (REALLY??) and limeade. This was just the items we were trying to order. I could possibly understand being out in the middle of summer but early March? We ordered substitute food but definitely have NEVER had this happen at a Sonic before. Service was great for the food we did order.
