Went through the drive through, my debit card was not returned to me. When I realized where it was, I called and they did not apologize for not finishing my transaction by handing me my card back. Had to drive all the way back to retrieve it and still no apology. Be professional. Know how to do your job.
I had to leave it took so long and I was next in line only 2 people ahead of me when I first arrived.More than 2 people waiting their drinks.
