We ordered take-away and we are so deeply disappointed. This place sucks. Not only did we pay $16 for 4oz of food, but it was so salty, it was inedible. We also ordered jasmine rice, but they gave us sticky rice. This was the worst Thai food we’ve ever had.

This is a hidden gem.We just wanted to try something new and decided on Thai food. The place is not big or fancy, but it is clean, and the staff is friendly. We are not familiar with Thai cuisine, but the waiter was eager to assist. We ordered a bottle of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc and our food, and both were exceptional. We love supporting family owned businesses and will certainly be back. Also, if you like live music, they have a young lady with an AMAZING voice.Side note:Be careful when you first walk in. There is a fountain right beside the door. While we were waiting to be seated, my wife's dress got a little wet, so be careful.

Went for dinner for the first time a few days ago and was delightfully surprised by Four Region Thai Cuisine. We tried several appetizers and they were all delicious. The cocktails we bought were also delicious, particularly the Gin Region! Everyone enjoyed their entrees, and we even bought a to go order of pad Thai for another person. No surprise that they want to try it straight from the kitchen next time. I strongly suggest you try the food here.

Soooo good! By far, best version of Nam Tok I've had in Houston. The cabbage really pairs well with the beef and its marinade. Their mango sticky rice is also a must order. The staff is very polite and their menu is defined. Definitely coming back here to try more from their menu.

Absolutely our favorite Thai restaurant! The food is so good and full or flavor to the point where I’m eating every last bite and leaving nothing on the plate. We also tried the coconut cake which is not super sweet and just right. The sweet sticky rice mango is on point as well. Highly recommend this spot and the staff is very friendly and the very clean location.

Wow, what an incredible culinary experience! We were blown away by the flavors, service, and overall atmosphere. Finally an awesome Thai place in north county. The Pa Kee Mao (Drunken Noodles) was cooked to perfection, with just the right balance of spicy and savory. The noodles were extra wide and had a got bite so it wasn’t over or under cooked. The bamboo shoot was a great touch. The Crab Fried Rice was a delightful surprise, with generous chunks of fresh crab meat and hot was a good amount of spice. But what really impressed me was the attentive and friendly service and live music. The cozy decor and traditional Thai music in the background added to the authentic experience. I can't wait to come back and try more dishes! Highly recommend for anyone craving delicious and authentic Thai food."I would pass on the Tom yum next time.

Food is okay but the portion size is so small. I recommend Street Food Thai Market they have bigger portions and the food tastes great.

When you pull into Four Region Thai Cuisine, the first thing you’ll notice is the abundance of parking, which is always a nice start. Inside, the restaurant welcomes you with its cozy ambiance, inviting you to relax and prepare for a delightful dining adventure. The service here is impressively quick, making sure you’re not waiting long before you start tasting the wonders of Thai cuisine. The appetizers kick things off on a high note. The Jin Tub, a unique northern Thai dish of smashed grilled beef with chili paste, is a rare find and authentically delicious. Then there’s the Gui Chai Tod and Curry Puff from central Thailand, both of which live up to the hype, bursting with flavor and perfectly prepping your palate for what’s next. The main event, the crab fried rice, is a masterpiece. It’s not just good; it’s a scrumptious blend of flavors where the slight smell of burn wok on the rice meets the fresh taste of crab, creating a memorable dish. The Yum Woon Sen adds a refreshing touch to the meal, with its clean and just-right spicy kick. But let’s talk about the star of the show: the Larb Duck, or as I like to call it, ‘the silver bullet.’ This dish is a game-changer, outshining any Larb I’ve had before, even in Thailand. Its flavors are bold, its texture is perfect, and it’s just downright delicious.Yes, the prices are a bit above average, but for the quality, authenticity, and sheer joy the food brings, it’s absolutely worth it. Four Region Thai Cuisine isn’t just a meal out; it’s a friendly, flavorful journey through Thailand’s culinary traditions, making it a must-visit spot for anyone who loves great food and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.*Sorry for the bad photos. It’s too good to stop eating

We dined at Four Region on Louetta, where everything—from the ambiance, service, and music to the standout feature, the food—was exceptional! Since then, we've returned multiple times, exploring various menu options, and each experience has been consistently excellent.
