I wasn't holding out for the experience I got but I was pleasantly surprised. Food was great, and had a real "fresh" feeling. Flavor was good and my wife loved it. I love veggies and they seemed ultra fresh. Coconut water came in a coconut too! Bonus: my wife left her purse and it was raining real hard. Called to check on it and they had secured it, and when they saw us pull up the waiter rain on the drenching rain and handed it to us. Service was wonderful.

Loved it! Perfect atmosphere. Very nice for the local neighborhood Thai place. Delicious Panang curry, and even has nice live music. Perfect evening place.

The sticky rice for my meal came in a cute small bamboo steamer. I opened it only to find the rice was cooked in a little plastic baggie which is totally unhealthy and doesn't cook it right. The vegetables were deconstructed (on the side) and raw including the strings beans, which were inedible. Shrimp was OK but lacking in flavor. The staff was nice and accommodating. The place was modernized, nice and clean.

Definitely the best Vietnamese cuisine that I have ever had. The presentation of the food was beautifully prepared and the flavors were bursting in my mouth. This place is such a hidden gem. Coming back to enjoy with another couple for a date night!

This was my second visit here. I love trying new foods and I loved the duck dish I got. Nice to be able to enjoy a glass of wine with my meal also. We had good service.

It appeared the staff was not pleased because I asked for a different dish. When my new dish of food came out they gave me a much smaller portion yet charged me regular price $20 meal for less than a 1/2 of cup of red curry. I wish the service was better when clients request a new dish.

Definitely a hidden gem!! We were greeted by a friendly staff and seated at an elegantly decorated table. They have a bar with big screen TV so you could have drinks and appetizers if you wish. We started off with GUI CHAI TOD crispy, seasoned right with excellent sauce. The CRAB FRIED RICE is just lovely, filled with tons of lump crab. The PAD KEE MAW has excellent smoky, spicy flavor and we loved the wide noodles. Topping off dinner with SAH NUER , the filet mignon melted in your mouth and had a wonderful heat/spice. We have been to Thai restaurants all over the country, but 4 Regions is by far one of the best ever. The service was amazing and they made us feel like we were royalty. Keep up the excellent work.

Our first visit to this neighborhood Thai spot on the corner of a less than exciting strip mall. Wow! It was one of the best Thai meals we have had which have been many across thr country. The decor is elegant, waitstaff friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The menu is a collection of recipes from the different regions of Thailand. Don't pass it by!!Parking: ample parking in a large strip mall.

I went one time for dinner with my family and the service was subpar, basic. I recognize the food was really good and living at the neighborhood next to the restaurant is very convenient. I decided to go with my family again for dinner, we were excited for the delicious food, but our disappointment was the staff’s attitude again. It was 9:18 pm and as soon as we entered the restaurant they told us the restaurant closes at 10:00pm and therefore kitchen will close soon, that they were picking up. Other waiter approached and told us basically kitchen is closed. All tables empty, no customers and with that attitude from the staff (that was just hanging at the bar) we “decided while still standing at the door to leave”.I wonder if the owner had been there things will have turned out differently, especially on a Friday night. Disappointing experience. Good food- bad service-attitude.

Portion is kinda small and generally all the food we ordered are too sweet to my taste. The seat near the restroom is ridiculous. When a person is sitting he is blocking half of the passage. They need more rooms.Shrimp cakes are good tho.

Our favorite Thai food in Northern Houston(we are Thai people). We came here almost every week. We like Clear soup shrimp tom yum (Tom Sap Kung), crab fried rice, kapraw Kai, Kai Ping (Grill Chicken). Taste authentic in beautiful setting.
