The one who attends in the morning is not friendly at all. It is Disgusting, there is nothing friendly about it, they are hardworking and not even the owners serve like that. A White woman who attends in the morning reluctantly attends.

Absolutely the worse subway I’ve ever stepped in. And all of the sudden the sub sandwich I’ve gotten for years it’s something that’s a problem to make now never going to the subway recommend they close it

Don’t ever go too ok the subway at 2920 and 45 next to the H&R Block! I ordered two sandwich meals and was charged 3 times for them because the 2 people behind the register were high as a kite. I tried to get my money back and they refused to give me my money back or even check in the system where I had been charged three times even after I showed them my bank ledger they proved it posted to my account three times. So I contacted corporate and finally the manager got in contact with me and asked for the information. I sent him the receipt and I sent him the copy of my bank ledger showing that it came out three times and he still refuses to refund my money stating that he never got the message from me even though I sent it to him four times. So David went there in person to try to get the money back and he tells us we have to go through our bank and just dispute the charges. Now I have to wait 60 days to get my money back and the bank cut off my card so I have to go get a new card. Eduardo is the managers name. He’s a terrible manager.

Don't ever go to the subway! I stopped by here to order two sandwich meals Thursday, October 20. When I walked in both employees were high as a kite. Both of them kept staring out the window and forgetting what they were doing and we waited for about 40 minutes just to get our sandwiches. Then they couldn't figure out how to work the register and so I got charged four times. One was removed. Then later I went to my bank and my bank showed that they didn't take the other charges off. I went back to the store and the employees refused to help me so I went to corporate and then finally the manager got back in touch with me. I sent in the information he requested( the receipt and the bank ledger). He never responded to me so I sent it again and then again and still no response. So I sent my husband into the store since I was stuck at work and my husband spoke with him and he stated he never received any information from me and still refused to refund my money. All he had to do was check his system and he would see that it was charged three times and he can simply do the refund. But he won't check. So I had to call my bank and tell them to dispute the charges but now I have to wait 60 days for it to be fixed. Eduardo is a terrible manager. I would never recommend this place to anyone!
