The manager on duty was extremely rude. It was my first time picking up my coworkers online order of food for her while I was going through the drive through myself. When getting to the window and was handed my food I advised the drive through person I was picking up an online order as well and she walked away. She opened the window back up to confirm the order and the person who I’m assuming was the manager on duty by the name of “Crystal” I believe was EXTREMELY rude and had an attitude and said “next time you need to let us know at the drive through you are picking up an order as well”. Which I’m all for following their policies but the nasty attitude she gave was definitely not necessary. She needs to work on her customer service skills especially if she’s a manager.

The two girls working in the front on 12/16 at 6:30pm had an attitude. They couldn't hear through the speaker for some reason and decided to have an attitude with my husband even though he was being super patient at the drive in speaker. It kind of sounded like one girl was being trained and the other girl just jumped in with a very annoyed attitude.
I went at 1:20am and needed to decide on what to order and was met with rushing and rudeness. I’m 19 don’t get it twisted I understand it’s not the ideal time but I at least expect human decency. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

This morning I ordered 2 cheesy BACON burritos and an order of seasoned potatoes.The burritos I received were SAUSAGE burritos! The worst part was the seasoned potatoes were obviously recooked potatoes from yesterday. They were hard and completely inedible!My entire order and experience SUCKED!!!Not to mention the person at the drive through wasn't friendly at all. Acted like she didn't want to be there, and appeared to me to have a negative attitude.If I could give zero stars I would!

They got my order wrong and obviously what can you expect from a taco bell like that, the manager will be as rude and unprofessional as there staff. The manager even told me that I should know what kind of bag my order should come in. Well luckily for me I don't since I don't really go to taco bell and definitely it will be my last, so they can keep my refund cuz it will be last business I ever give them. I don't see how there is some many 1 stars and yet there still open???? Well hopefully like there neighbors next door have shut down hopefully they will soon. Luckily I was given a number to a taco bell general coach manager. Let's see if that will make a difference.

Everything in my meal was cold. The beans weren’t even warm. My tortilla wasn’t heated up. You could tell they made my burrito with a cold tortilla because it had cracks where you fold it very lazy crewI don’t know why, but I usually have a better experience when the whole crew is Mexican they seem to just care a little bit more about their job and what they do
