The red sauce is extremely hot but addictively good, like fire, and will clear even the most stopped up nose. The green sauce is highly recommended and both salsas are the perfect combination of creamy flavor and spice. The staff is friendly and the service is quick and ready, making pick up smooth and simple. All of the meats, including the barbacoa, tripa, and pastor, are tender, delicious, and freshly prepared. The food truck is located at the Shell station on the corner of 2920 and Kuykendahl, only open in the afternoon.
