Good news. Bad news. Good news: The food is AMAZING!! Everything I have tried on the menu has exceeded my expectations and tastes FRESH. Their crawfish is also the best tasting around (I highly recommend the "mixed.") The only bad news was crawfish Monday. What the heck did I walk into that day? Discounted crawfish at a discounted quality. They did not taste the same as regular business days, not even close. You are also limited to the original seasoning, the sides were double the price, no happy hour drinks, and while you can still order off the regular menu - you'd better eat it all because no to-go boxes allowed. I thought I might start a riot asking for a box. I will definitely be back, just not on Mondays.

Atmosphere was great! They had a lot of throwbacks playing! Now, service not so great… server took forever to even get up fountain drinks, took another 15-20 minutes before she took our orders. Food was cold and very salty. Got fries with cheese and the cheeses wasn’t even melted. Once we got done eating we spent another 30 minutes to get our check. We had to go look for her because we was ready to go. If I could give service a 0 I would.

Went in for the first time last Friday! Great experience.. our server was very tentative and the crawfish was definitely a hit!! Not your traditional spicy Cajun crawfish, but delicious in their own very unique way.

Meh!! Do not order the cobb salad, chicken tasted old like reused from days before reheated and chopped so small they're like bacon bits. Service was okay she did lose sight of me towards the end I had to wait quite a bit for my check. They seem to have gone downhill a little bit since when I used to live here.

I love this place so much. I’ve been coming here for about 3 years now and all I can say is that this place NEVER disappoints. When it comes to the ICE COLD BEERS, Dj’s, the crawfish, even down to the service! This place never fails to make me feel at home. My favorite times especially are the UFC fight nights. Special shout-out to Taylor, Marissa, Jayden, Sam, Kiwi, Kate, Justin, also the owners Adam and Nicole!!! This place will forever hold a special place in my heart and I will never hesitate to refer ANYBODY to this place. You will LOVE it!!!! Thank you guys for always killing it. Flying Pug 4 Eva <3

My wife and i went there on recent Saturday around 8:30pm and we sat ourself near the pool table area (it’s a sit yourself bar). We waited 10-15 min until the servers came over which is alright since she seemed busy. At the same time as we sat ourselves, this server also have a 6 tops just came in her section while it also looks like she got 4-5 tables that she already serving, so as someone who also works in restaurants and bar industry I understand her busyness. By the time she came over to our table (maybe by 9pm) we ordered everything right away so we dont have to wait. My wife and i ordered 3lbs crawfish each with extra butters and an irish nachos tator tots and a margarita. Then the wait began………. The irish nacho came out pretty quick which i was very happy but After 20 min of waiting, i was able to pull her over to ask for my drinks, which didn’t come out til 9:35pm brought by another server, and 2 minutes later our server swing by with 1 3lbs crawfish, which i push to my wife so she could eat first. After waiting for another 15-20 minutes which is around 10:00pm-10:15pm, my wife was able to pull our server over and let her know that we are still waiting for another 3lbs crawfish. Our server inform us that she will check on it. Time went by for another 30-35min, i was extremely hangry and impatient, my crawfish finally arrived. My wife has already finish her crawfish by the time i got my crawfish. The sad thing about this situation is there no care about services when your guest wait for such a long time for their foods and drinks. I couldn’t even spot the manager on the floor, its not like this place was full on pack. It was semi-full house. There were no one waiting at the door, kitchen backup is understandable if you kind of have a “full house” on a Saturday night. However, at least inform your guest about the long time on food wait. I feel kind of bad for my server as she doesnt have support from her team and manager until everything fall behind then a few of her coworkers step in and help. We did enjoy eating crawfish here multiple times, but now I’m not sure if i want to wait that long for my foods. We did came here on monday prior to this Saturday for their monday crawfish special, and we have to waited 35 min for a table because it was crazy pack and we still get faster services and foods compare to Saturday.

My partner and I were trying to find a nice place to eat that could also allow us to bring our dog because we don’t live around here and my puppy is new to this place. I called up the store and explained to them that I have a separation anxiety dog and needed a place to eat with her because we were in a new place. I asked if they had a patio and allowed dogs to eat at their establishment. The lady on the phone agreed. She was very dismissive about it and hung up the phone immediately. Upon our arrival my boyfriend went in trying to ask for a server because we were seated outside with a hypoallergenic, non shedding puppy (schnauzer), we were waiting for about 15 minutes, and no one came to greet us, and remind you my boyfriend had already told them multiple times that we were outside. My boyfriend went inside to check and see if we could just sit inside to be served, one of their employees agreed, and we proceed to go inside. When we finally sat down hoping that this lady would be coming up to get our order or maybe just a couple of drinks, we were faced with her disapproval. She said my hypoallergenic dog that DOESNT shed needed to be a service dog or she could not be there. Furious with the outcome my partner and I left because we didn’t feel like waiting another 15 minutes just to be talked to. Just terrible customer service all around. We wished that we could’ve just gone somewhere else and not wasted about 15 minutes of our life, when we could’ve been spending it somewhere else with much better customer service.

THEIR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE !!Aggressive for no reason at allI came here on a Friday night, 3/8/24 to be exact. It was myself and my friends first time here. I’ll just say, we didn’t feel welcome not one bit. It’s a self seating place, but there weren’t any tables so we made our way to the bar. The woman behind the bar was so rude, I can’t explain it. From ignoring my friend and I, to telling us to move out of the way of her bar. When we were waiting for her to actually stop chitchatting with another guest so we could place an order. I asked another bartender if it was a bad night, or she was always rude. He looked at me like I had crap on my face. A few min later, we find a table but it’s dirty, we literally tried to flag down 3 waiters to ask them to clean it. FINALLY after 10 min of begging and waiting, it gets cleaned. And guess who our server is?..the second bartender who looked at me like I was the scum of the earth. Right off the bat, he’s rude of course. But my friend and I heard so many people say that this place has good crawfish, so we wanted to see for ourselves. Us, never being there before, asked him about the crawfish..and the level of irritation he had with me just by asking about the menu was ridiculous. To the point I was uncomfortable and we decided to leave. Without even trying the crawfish. I don’t know about any one else’s experience here. But just by that alone, I’ll never return.I also tried, and did post this review to their Facebook page, but of course they took it down

Please read the menu fully, because they charge for everything. The crawfish is really not a deal at all, because you have to order 2 pounds minimal plus two drinks which comes to about $9.00 per pound. The manager was very rude as well. My first and last time going.

Food was great, but it was super packed! We were a bit slow to receive service and close our tab, but I'm not surprised with how busy it was.Not the biggest fan of sports bars, but it looked like a fun place with lots of events
