We made reservations and were seated as soon as we walked in. Our server was Ben and he was great. Checked on us often and was friendly and professional. Food was excellent, always is! Such good quality. The employee that brought our food out was super friendly and helpful with any extras we needed. High recommend!
2 family members did not enjoy the lasagna. 1 family member did not enjoy the shrimp pasta. The chicken fried chicken was dry. The bruschetta was flavorless although the crostini's were great. The special southern fried chicken was ok. There were 9 in our party. I had the blackened flounder and it was great. My 1st visit was wonderful and that's why we returned for my son's 30th birthday. I'm sorry that this experience wasn't as wonderful.
The customer service and food were great, especially the gumbo! Ben was a great waiter, very attentive and knew the menu well. Donelle, the manage was great too! We will definitely dine at The Republic Grille - Spring when we are in Houston again.
