This food truck recently moved from Florida to the Plaza de los Food Trucks behind the Gosling Express. We've been there a couple of times. The specialty of the truck is lobster. They have Connecticut (warm) and Manhattan (cold) versions of the lobster roll, a Big Texan with lots of extra lobster, and lobster mac and cheese.
