I absolutely adore Trilogy Brew, I’ve been to the location in Old Town Spring a few times. I decided to try their matcha today inside of the HEB location and I was honestly a little disappointed. I ordered a large iced matcha with lavender and vanilla, the matcha wasn’t presweeted but the barista informed me they usually use vanilla. I asked if I could do equal parts of the vanilla and lavender. Presumably the owner or manager came up and helped during my transaction as well....
I went in tonight and asked the barista to make me something iced and sweet! Boyyy did they deliver! I ended up with an iced white mocha with lavender and a touch of vanilla 😮💨🤤 it’s amazing!
This is good coffee! The girl that serves us is super friendly and a joy to interact with!
