Service was wonderful, but the acai bowl is served rock solid frozen with a plastic flimsy spoon. Can't even eat it until it starts to thaw. Not made fresh.

I visit tropical 3-4 times per week. The past 2 times I was a little upset that the smoothies weren't filled to the top. I spend too much money with Tropical for this to happen. I get it, there's mostly new staff members and it may take time for them to get the trained up. Please fix

Too much ice which blank the taste

I ordered the PB Protein Crunch. It was absolutely DELICIOUS. This was my first time trying a smoothie bowl and my first time trying this establishment. I will definitely be ordering from here in the near future.

Big fan of the Trop Bowls. Chose this bc we weren’t interested in exploring and having a bad bowl. Steady as she goes. It was yummy. You can tell by the pictures the “drizzle” was generous.

The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, and the staff was friendly. The entire place was spotless, which made the visit even more enjoyable. We ordered the buffalo chicken wrap and the mixed berry bowl, both were incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious. This spot is definitely a go-to for a fresh, feel-good meal. Highly recommend!

This location is always so pleasant to go to, whether dining in or doing a mobile pick-up/curbside order. The staff is always friendly, the store is always clean, food/drinks are always fresh, I’ve never had an issues at this location and always enjoying stopping in. No matter if it’s early in the morning, peak hours or closing hours, the staff is always so kind and friendly, they’re accommodating and attentive without hovering over you and always thorough in the order!

First time at this business. Our party was greeted promptly and very friendly by who we determined was Kira. She prepared our orders quickly and was exactly what we ordered. Very tasty and we will return.
