Food is great. We had pho & we all enjoyed our food. I was surprised with the 15% included gratuity, especially when they count small children. We were a table of 5 and 3 were children. The owner should increase the workers wages vs expecting the customer to make up for the low wage. It is best to let people tip at their own will. I’ve seen other restaurants add gratuity with a table of more than 8, which is more understandable.
Pros: large menu, some boba tea, large portions, good value, tasty food, comfortable seating, pleasant atmosphere, clean, plenty of parking

It's your standard Vietnamese place. Food tastes quite good and is a great value. I'd be happy to come back if they could maybe be a little faster about getting your drinks out to you.

The pho and steak bahn mi are amazing. The "king" walks around the front of the house and is rude and condescending. I suggest you get your order to go even though the restaurant is nice inside. He isn't worth the trouble.
