They are infested w/ roaches this place needs to be shut down! I keep trying to call to speak with a manager but the phone just keeps disconnecting I will be reporting this !

The chicken strips and drink was outstanding. I ordered some spicy nuggets and they gave me some old ones that were sitting there. I heated them and still were garbage. Haven't been there in years because of previous times of bad unheated food. I'm done with the Wendy's here.

I placed an order through ubereats and the careless workers sent me a strawberry drink! Im severely allergic to strawberries and they had not a care in the world to double check my order before just sending anything! As a customer once I pay for something I expect to get just that. I don’t want to receive just anything because the workers refuse to do their job! My mouth and dace is currently swollen and I am headed to get checked! I tried calling the location many times and the phone rung once then hung up. My food was cold, fries were burnt, and nuggets were stale as if they were sitting for a long time!

This location is one of the worst one I’ve ever been to! Not only was the young boy rude and cut me off from ordering, but got an attitude cause I asked for the receipt. Got home and there wasn’t even a bottom bun on my burger!!

There’s not even a working number to even speak to manager regarding this issue.

We ordered online and once we got there we had to wait 40 minutes for our food even though it was pretty empty. They got our drinks wrong and gave us no forks/napkins or condiments. This was a big waist of money and time, do NOT come to this Wendy’s.

Went in the drive through and ordered a breakfast combo. The screen said $6.69 before tax. The order taker was trying to charge me $7.68. I asked why was there a price difference and he told taxes, but taxes were only .$.68. I asked for the manager and she could not speak english. It would be safe to say this is price gouging at work. Be mindful

Used the drive through for a salad on my lunch break. I literally was given the salad and a bag!
No dressing. No napkins. No fork.
Tried to call and the phone is a quick hang up.

I placed an online order which included a free JBC that I redeemed from my rewards, and I picked up my order from the drive thru and the bag was sealed shut with a sticker. I drove home and then noticed they did not include mu JBC. I'm pissed. I shouldn't have to drive back for this! Incompetent employees!

There were pluses and minuses today. Wife ordered large chili with cheese, no onions. Out of large containers, so she got 2 small one's in its place. She also told the heavy set Hispanic that she wanted fries, too. So, it came out, no cheese, no fries. Now she had to order fries. I also had a medium fries. Both of them barely warm even though we asked for them hot & straight out of the oil.

So I went to get the missing cheese. The plus, the other server, or cook, gave us another chili with cheese. It's nice when they give you something extra for a TRUE mistake, not someone trying to get free stuff. But, she complained, that it wasn't as hot as the other without it. My guess, the cheese was cold and it cooled down the chili. Do they have microwaves?

The ketchup dispenser was out. I asked the Hispanic, who looked like he didn't care about anything, for ketchup & that the pump was out. It wasn't busy, someone should have filled it.

By now,asking for corrections, I didn't want to have them make hot fries. I suggest something should be done to improve stocking, service, and food delivered hot. The Hispanic may need a warning. I didn't see a name tag. Heavy set, shorter black hair, working the register on 08-31-25 at about 4 pm.
