There were pluses and minuses today. Wife ordered large chili with cheese, no onions. Out of large containers, so she got 2 small one's in its place. She also told the heavy set Hispanic that she wanted fries, too. So, it came out, no cheese, no fries. Now she had to order fries. I also had a medium fries. Both of them barely warm even though we asked for them hot & straight out of the oil.
So I went to get the missing cheese. The plus, the other server, or cook, gave us another chili with cheese. It's nice when they give you something extra for a TRUE mistake, not someone trying to get free stuff. But, she complained, that it wasn't as hot as the other without it. My guess, the cheese was cold and it cooled down the chili. Do they have microwaves?
The ketchup dispenser was out. I asked the Hispanic, who looked like he didn't care about anything, for ketchup & that the pump was out. It wasn't busy, someone should have filled it.
By now,asking for corrections, I didn't want to have them make hot fries. I suggest something should be done to improve stocking, service, and food delivered hot. The Hispanic may need a warning. I didn't see a name tag. Heavy set, shorter black hair, working the register on 08-31-25 at about 4 pm.

5:30 and not 1 customer in the place, floor is dirty with French fries, got out order for here and the fries were cold (sent them back) and when I handed the fries back to the person, he grabbed them with his hand (the fries themself) and said oh wow they are cold. Ketchup dispenser was empty, no cups to put ketchup in.

The restaurant was extremely empty only about six chairs, and the rest of the dining room room was totally open!

The people working here have no clue what’s going on, can’t speak or understand English and I’ve been waiting for chicken nuggets for 15 mins. And of course the order is wrong.

Food is put together sloppy and you sit in drive thru 10 minutes minimum. If there more cars wait gets really bad.

The manager in there is very unprofessional. Closes the lobby early and always uses the excuse of saying the system is down when you are open for 30 minutes before you close. She gets pissed when I use the app for deals like it is a huge inconvenience to scan a code. Talk about lazy. She washes her car outside the parking lot back when there was 22 minutes before Close and uses the excuse the system was down. Heard this more than 4 times. Very disappointed in the service here only with her. She drives a silver or Grey camero. If she hates her job that much she should find a new one. And if she wants to go home early get another job. Went to try amd walk in thr lobby its 816 and done is locked. This has happened multiple times. It's just sad she cant even follow simple tasks and rules. Very disrespectful and unprofessional to say the least. Won't be coming back to this place. Customer service with her is horrible. Everyone else had a great experience with. Not her. Hopefully this reaches someone higher up to retrain or straighten her out. I don't care how much you get paid or what you do for work but whatever you do take pride in it. I've been in customer service over 20 years. This employee doesn't show she wants to be there or take pride. Just sad. I highly recommend a retrain. Give her a chance to adjust her attitude and follow the rules.

I was made to wait for a while only to be given cold fries. And when I asked them to please replace them with fresh ones all they did was throw those fries back in the fryer. Burger was also not made correctly.

Love their new deals on food. Biggie bag is awesome and spicy nuggets are IT! Unfortunately you could tell the staff deal with a lot of rude customers and are overworked.
Figured I would try this place. The food was horrible. Service...well they gave one of my orders to someone else! And they gave me the wrong shake. Bad experience!

This is a horrible Wendy's and I travel all around the States this will definitely be number one to stay away from. The manager and the employees have a bad attitude problem especially when they mess up on an order. Don't try to ask them to remake an order they will definitely catch a meltdown.

I had the medium carmel crunch frosty. I asked her her name, but l forgot. She was so so so nice and friendly. She had really fire red, curly hair. SUPER NICE AND PROFESSIONAL....THANK YOU

Don't know what they're doing to their nuggets but we eat enough of them at Wendy's to know when they are spicy or not. And even after we returned them because we're not feeding our toddler SPICY nuggets, the pathetic manager wants to literally count how many nuggets were in the container as of we were trying to rob them of 2 extra nuggets. So ridiculous. 🙄😒
