Don’t go to this Whataburger. I waited 10 min for old fries. All I ordered was a large fry and a medium fry and the 4 people that ordered after me all got their meals before me. When I ordered at the counter I could see about 10 boxes of fries already sitting on the rack so I expected they probably wouldn’t be fresh but I was hungry so I ordered anyways. They weren’t just cold, they were chewy🤢 at least they had plenty of spicy ketchup 😂gonna go throw up now

My wife and I visited this location earlier tonight. We eat at wataburger often and love visiting different locations. Ordered the usual for us. I had the sweet and spicey she got the wataburger. She asked specifically for the burger to be well done as she always does. She had a few bites before realizing it's was med rare, red in the middle. She got sick and threw up as a result, feeling very bad about it. I don't like whoever cooked this burger. Well done, and red in the middle seems hard to confuse. I'm not happy about this occasion or location. Won't stop us from eating at wataburger but certainly not at this location. On a good note we did get decent customer service

Whenever we got the last drive through order it was wrong and was not what we ordered, however the manager said bring the receipt and she would replace the whole order. So I commend them for being customer friendly and taking care of our issue.
Food was hot and fresh, didn’t take too long but I realized I wasn’t a fan of the sausage and cheese taquitos!

Blaze burger had no cream cheese on it, large fries were, I shit you not, half full. Iced tea had not a single ice cube in it. Ketchup was not in the order nor napkins. Worst whataburger location in spring/north side. Always a gamble what you’re going to get.
