I went through the drive through, I needed a Monterrey melt and asked them to make it with love and they did not disappoint. The guy at the window was amazing because I asked for a coke and my overworked brain told him I ordered a Dr pepper until I realized I was wrong but he fixed it anyway. I felt so bad but they were very friendly and my food came out great especially right before the freeze. I hope everyone made it home safe and gets a break after today! 💕

All food from whataburger is phenomenal. But when that food comes with a hair. Well. No so much. They offered to replace the order which is the best they could do in a situation like that. I appreciated that, but i was already home when i discovered the hair. Took it as a loss. Won't personally be returning to this location, but the person who answered the phone was respectful and seemingly took my complaint seriously. For me personally 2 stars. You may have a different experience however.

I don't think I've ever been through this drive-thru and not had to pull out front and wait for my food. If that's the standard operating practice, why bother making people pull around? Just let them wait by the window. Maybe then you'd catch up on your orders.

I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit off the breakfast menu. I got a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit with a bite taken out of the sausage! It was so gross, needless to say I couldn’t eat the breakfast sandwich.
