This restaurant's food is very acceptable. I had the grilled meat plate and it was freshly made and well-grilled. I did not feel the taste of Turkish food, sumac and Turkish spices taste were missing. I guess they want to please a certain crowd, the casserole, steak and potato eater. Following the posting and review of another NextDoor neighbor we decided to go for lunch at the Yucca Grill.
It's hard to express how incredible our meal was. The place is beautifully done, quite different from the previous occupant (Al Waadi). We loved going to Al Waadi, and it's wonderful to be able to return there now with this fabulous new restaurant in full swing.

It is hard to find fresh amazing healthy food in Houston. Now it is one step easier - YUCCA amazing amazing. The meat was very tender and melted in your mouth. The veggies the salad the baklava made to perfection. 5 star plus!!!
