“Outstanding Bar-B-Q I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. The Ribs were very meaty for pork, the brisket was moist and great flavor. The hot links were good. The sauce wasn’t as spicy as I care for. But the bark on the meat more than made up for it.
Service? What service you stand in line order, a tip is requested. You pick up your stuff and take care of your table. Overall friendly staff, great food, and incredible ice tea. Not watered down.

“We went after our Basketball game, hands down so glad everyone else in town told us they were closed!!! Zane took great care of us, the food was hot and drinks were cold and served promptly!!! Let’s not forget about the Music Bingo! We will be back!

“I have never in my life been to a Mcdonald's and received such amazing customer service as I did tonight at the location in Springtown. Everyone was super professional and courteous. The young man who handed me our food actually stood there while I looked in the bag to make sure there was nothing else we needed. NEVER happens at most locations. Often times the bag is almost thrown at you and window slammed before you have a chance to say anything. Kudos to the hiring and training team and outstanding staff. I was impressed!! Go Springtown. Maybe we are just nicer people.😁“

“I went to pay for my drink and the lady gave it to me for free🥰“

“The young women who waited on me was slow to see me standing at the counter. I ordered a teriyaki bowl meal, but I didn't want any drink. She said she didn't know to sell it with out a drink. So I took it with a drink. The bill was $10.86, I handed $11.00 , that is .14 cents charge the manager had tell her a dime and four pennies back to me. The manager needed to put on a clean shirt and take his ear bud out of his ear. I can't believe they hire people who can't make charge. By the way I going to buy a hamburger after I ordered my first meal but the girl disappeared.“

The Food I received was extra ordinary. Well Pleased. It was Very Nice to say in the Presence of the workers there. “Just had 2 burgers and fries from here and they were the juiciest hamburgers I've had in a long long time. This is how I remember burgers when growing up. Can't get burgers like this anymore. Macs don't you ever close. Fries were just as good 👍 thick crinkle fries cooked perfectly 👌 😋 😋“
