Jack in the Box offers friendly employees who strive to provide a great experience. While the food is delicious, the service can be slow, with long drive-thru lines and delays at the counter. One customer had a disappointing experience with their grilled chicken salad, receiving fried chicken instead of grilled and no ranch dressing. The customer was asked to take a picture of the salad and receipt and send it to the district manager, or return to the store, which seemed excessive. Despite mistakes, the restaurant aims to make things right.
