Robin was the best server even though he was alone still made the place light up you can tell he is the happy spark of this restaurant all though I have heard mixed reviews I want to say everything was amazing no complaints on my end 😁 100 percent satisfaction

The restaurant only had about 3 tables occupied. We waited about 5 minutes for the hostess to seat us. The place smells very musty due to the nasty carpet in the dining area. The paint on the walls near the table were chipping off and looked horrible. The restaurant looked a bit dirty. The service was decent although just a personal pet peeve my drink was empty for a bit if time before being refilled while our server was sitting down watching football. The food was fresh, and prompt.

The place was dirty on the floors and the food was overcooked and no flavor at all, please choose another place to eat, and of course this ia not a cheap place ao you can go to other places

Robin gave us excellent service and his smile and attitude made the food taste better and he was well manner And patient with everyone and he deserves to be employee of the month

Robin made our family dinner something to remember. We came in as a big, chaotic party with lots of kids, multiple adults, and the kind of energy that can overwhelm a restaurant. From the moment he saw us he was calm, cheerful, and completely on top of everything. He provided us with drink refills so well we didn’t have to ask once, checked in at just the right times, and kept the whole table smiling with warm, funny conversation. What stood out most was how genuinely kind he was. When my grandmother needed help getting up, Robin was there immediately and handled it with tenderness and respect. The kids thought he was so sweet they started giggling when he brought out ice cream, which only made the moment better. He balanced professionalism and personality perfectly. He was attentive without hovering, friendly without being intrusive. As we left I even watched him hold the door for incoming guests, the same thoughtful behavior he showed us. If this is how he treats every table, he’s not just an excellent server, he’s an ambassador for the restaurant. Robin deserves a raise, an award, and all the praise you can give. He gets 5 stars and our heartfelt thanks. We’ll be asking for him next time we dine at Applebees!

I absolutely love Applebees. Haven't been in awhile, but I returned to the area tonight and was not disappointed. I tried the quesadillas,wonton tacos and a couple of drinks. Jimmie was the BEST bartender! His suggestions were on point and he made us feel so welcomed. My Birthday kickoff was perfect. Thank you! Oh and the brownie bite... chefs kiss!!

We had a great experience at Applebee’s! The food was really good, and the atmosphere was relaxing and very family-friendly. I especially want to give a shout-out to our server, Romeo, for his exceptional customer service and attentiveness. He truly made our visit even better. We’ll definitely be back!

I am not a picky eater but the food was the worst I have ever had. The steak I ordered was raw in the middle, broccoli was soft and warm from the microwave. The pasta was something from the frozen section at Walmart. Stay away. Just plain horrible. I took one bite of the food and couldn't finish. Tasted stale. So bad.
