Our waitress Karrisa made us feel welcomed from the time we entered the restaurant. She was friendly, polite, and ensured that we were satisfied with the service. She also was very great with our kids.

Food was ok..I ordered the bourbon street steak and upgraded my side to the mac n cheese..the steak was cooked properly however the mashed potatoes were super bland and the mac and cheese was cold..server Austin was nice..not very busy but a lot of server horse play and cursing..I'm in the business and that's cool but not where customers can hear conversations.

Came for dinner. Order a steak medium it comes rare. Parmesan chicken tasted like it came out of freezer straight to grill. Server came after we where done. And told him the problem but it was already to late to be re cook.

got sat down and never attended to. we waited 10 mins before leaving. it was ridiculous that they served a group of people that came AFTER us yet we never got asked for drinks or any sort of service. 3 employees passed by us but didn’t stop. the guests who were sat before us did get attention like refills etc but we were sitting right beside them and the servers/managers ignored us. never coming back to this location ever again and i’d advise all not to as well.
