I've been calling 3 times, and staff service sucks. Wish to give it a -2 stars since I called out of urgent for my friend's wedding cake top. Now I have changed my mind and I'll find somewhere else.

This was my first time coming to this shop and when I walked in I was not welcomed or acknowledged. The lady at the register was helping another lady, but I would think that I would at least be acknowledged and welcomed to the store. She didn't even look in my direction, so customer service gets a 0. The store is ok. I don't think they have a lot of variety. Maybe with some help I would have been able to see what all the store had to offer. I will not be back.

Despite the fact that Google seems to think that this is a restaurant, I love this place. Friendly staff, and an excellent selection.

They would get 5 stars based on their staff alone but the quality of the edible images is a big NO for me sorry. They wont even discount it when the know that it did not print well. They even have the nerve to sell oops prints at the same price. Those prints will dry up and crumble before I pay full price for something with somebody else's name on it

Excellent customer service ? Ms. Brenda was very kind and helped me with everything, it's really nice to go to a place like that... I don't remember the name of the other girl who was at the printer but she was also very kind... they have a small space for the children played and it was great, it made my purchases a lot easier for me... Excellent and highly recommended.
