Management refused to give me salad bowl with my meal and cited its per policy but provided me with another smaller bowl than needed. I offered to pay for the materials but was denied. Staff told me if I wanted a bowl I would have to pay for a salad I wouldn’t eat… What sense does that make?!
Overall inconvenient, rude, disappointing and management Shame on you as a Red Member!

Ordered 2 egg biscuits and labels eggs and biscuits but got biscuits with chicken and bacon. Went home 12 minutes drive and saw that so make sure you check your order and open the sandwich because label don’t match the inside product. Very upset and might won’t come back

I hate to say it, but this location has been very poorly run since it's reopened. I've been getting incorrect food, had missing items, and they routinely serve the wrong drinks. I've attempted to speak to the manager about getting it corrected but he can't be bothered to be there when they say he is, nor does he return requests for a phone call.
This is normally not my chick fila. I only visit this loction when I visit my mom and take her lunch. I'm writing a review since they have never sent me the survey of how was my experience. My home location Friendswood does. ( Not that they need to because its always superb in Friendswood) . This Stafford location needs to do better. I ordered just a little earlier from mobile app and I was given the notification my order was ready and employee would be out shortly but it didnt happen right away. I have a short drive to moms and my food was cold as soon as we were eating it.. So it lead me to believe that my order sat before they finally brought it out. Oh and it was not BUSY!

I have had multiple instances of food missing from my order including fries or even a chicken sandwich that was paid for. The problem is that once you've gotten to where you can check it, it's not worth going back to get it. The drive thru attendant was pretty rude when she told me to go into the Walmart parking lot to wait with blinkers in a no parking zone right inside of the entry to Walmart. Cars zooming past me. Very inefficient and slow. But the guy that brought out the order was very nice!
