THIS IS THE WORST CHICK FIL A LOCATION EVER! I don't know who is managing this location but EVERY TIME we come up here, they are unorganized, the workers are running all over the place, and they ALWAYS forget a portion of our order! It took us forever to get our order and when we finally got it they forgot our 2 orange juices that came with our meals. We told the workers, then they came back with one orange juice, we told them and waited for the other one. When we got home we realized they forgot our hashbrowns! We drove all the way back for them to say breakfast is over and they could compensate 2 hasbrowns for 1 large fry. I just need to realize that Chick Fil A's customer service isn't what it used to be across all locations but I will do my best to avoid this location!!!!!!

Didn't realize that this location is drive through and outside dining. My wife and I were surprised at this. The weather today was gorgeous and the service was great. Great job guys.
I received terrible service and experience at this location with Team Member Gustavo. I wanted to use my reward points for a spicy chicken sandwich, which are the same amount of reward points for the regular chicken sandwich in the app. I accidentally selected the regular chicken sandwich and asked if they could, as a courtesy, honor the spicy chicken sandwich. Gustavo immediately said no because the spicy chicken sandwich cost more. In the app, both sandwiches are worth 800 points. If I was paying for the sandwich, I would have paid the difference, however, with the points this could have been honored. Secondly, I received the wrong sandwich. I wanted extra pickles and I got someone else’s order and they requested no pickles. Thirdly, I also ordered a large fry with my order that I had to pay for and I requested 2 different sauces and upon receiving my bag, there was not one sauce in the bag. Gustavo snatched my bag back through the window to check it and saw that it wasn’t any sauce. I now have Michele’s order and not mine. I am truly upset that I had to experience this on my lunch break, and I was not able ro receive proper and polite service. I will be driving further miles in hopes of courtesy and kindness.
sat in my car for 20 minutes waiting for my food on curbside… after awhile went up to see what was going on and my order was just sitting to the side… it wasn’t brought out to be bc my car looks silver but on the app says it’s grey… probably the stupidest thing i’ve ever heard. young man at the front window was disrespectful and the whole experience was a waste of time

There needs to be a different name for these Chick-fil-A‘s without a dining room. I have reports to write on lunch and there’s no way I’m sitting outside, especially in Texas heat. Or today, it’s 40 degrees outside. Very frustrating. I go somewhere else and will never eat at these type Chick-fil-A s.

Just got dinner here and this is the second time I've gotten screwed on the amount of fries. The people are nice and the food is good but please work on the amount of fries! This picture is legit and no fries had been eaten before the picture was taken. Ridiculous.
