Worst chick fill a! They are so rude. When you order through the app they doubt if you were the one who ordered even if you are showing them what you ordered. They leave your order out for a while and give the orders to other customers behind you, but yours is just hanging in there with them. Instead of giving the order to the first one so that the line can keep moving they like to work backwards.

This chick fil a is the worst I’ve been to. Every single time I have came their food quality is the worse. I ordered an egg white grill the other day and the egg was under cooked. It was literally yolky. I ordered a salad and the lettuce was the worst, it was just stems. Another day I came for a brownie and they literally handed me a rock hard frozen brownie! I gave it a few chances but every time they disappointed me. Don’t come here if you want good Chick-fil-A.
This is NOT a stand alone! This is drive thru and window service only!!! You will not be able to go inside and sit down in a lobby to eat. There is seating available outside on patio furniture but in the middle of a constantly busy drive thru so it’s not recommended to eat on the table outside. You will have to park in the outer parking. The food was good. They gave the wrong size fry but it was way more trouble to rectify than to just accept it because it is very chaotic if you are not in your car and using the drive thru. My review does not reflect the drive thru and the service there. I was looking for a stand alone and walked up to the location and quickly realized it was not what I thought it was. Outside of this aspect, still holds service and quality as high as a stand alone would.

It feels like after the remodel they have gotten so much slower and keep messing up orders not paying attention. Been here couple of times but it makes me feel like a should go to another location due to the ongoing mistakes

Super slow. They always make you get out of line and go park and wait forever. They have three lines but never fill them up in a way that makes sense. Mobile orders seem to make it slower. Really annoying.

THIS IS THE WORST CHICK FIL A LOCATION EVER! I don't know who is managing this location but EVERY TIME we come up here, they are unorganized, the workers are running all over the place, and they ALWAYS forget a portion of our order! It took us forever to get our order and when we finally got it they forgot our 2 orange juices that came with our meals. We told the workers, then they came back with one orange juice, we told them and waited for the other one. When we got home we realized they forgot our hashbrowns! We drove all the way back for them to say breakfast is over and they could compensate 2 hasbrowns for 1 large fry. I just need to realize that Chick Fil A's customer service isn't what it used to be across all locations but I will do my best to avoid this location!!!!!!
