I am making this long review because I feel like it should be noticed!! This happened before yesterday (March 13th around 7:30-7:45ish) I went there with my family to enjoy some time together. Suddenly a woman walks in with a chipotle bag in her hand and she starts yelling that she wanted a refund because there was a hair in her food. She asked for the manager and when the manager arrived, she tried calming the situation and offered a variety of solutions, explaining that she was not authorized to give a refund. (Which is the only thing the woman wanted)The woman lost her mind and started yelling and throwing a tantrum. Pointing at the managers face and threatening her! I was shook! She was insulting the whole crew and demanding to speak to the GM. The manager goes to the back and returns with the GM’s phone number. The woman immediately calls the number and puts the phone on speaker! Were all listening to her ramble about wanting the refund and the lady on the phone (who I suppose is the general manager) was refusing to give her the refund and was fighting back and forth on the phone!I honestly found this whole situation unnecessary for a $9 bowl. The woman was LIVID!! And she was yelling all types of nonsense! We had stopped eating and was just staring at this point. The woman then walks up to the register and sticks her hand in the tip jar, and takes all the money in there. She quickly walked out STILL yelling at the woman on the phone. I felt soooo bad for the chipotle crew. I don’t agree with the way this woman was acting, however I think a simple refund could have avoided that whole scandal. ? with all that being said, props to the manager who was there keeping her cool and trying her best to diffuse the situation!!

Went there early today customer service sucks nothing was ready but a couple of options my wife ordered the babacora meat was dry and the portions are very small for the amount you pay they should give you a good amount won't go back to this location

Both of my bowl were practically empty, this place sucks. I payed $32 for awful servings and nasty food.
Chipotle in general their portion control sucks. It’s a 50/50 change I get a full bowl. And when I pay for a side of queso or guac, the container is half way filled. Silly, and continue to raise the prices. It’s getting ridiculous. Here’s a picture of my queso straight out the bag, halfway filled.
