I often don’t read reviews for places close to us, but I definitely need to get better about it after today. I’m not a huge huge Chipotle fan, but I had a taste for it and decided to stop by the Stafford location. Right away I noticed several of the food tubs were nearly empty — especially the grilled veggies and barbacoa. I tried the new carne asada that’s being advertised, and it was SOO DRYYY, I was still chewing it in the car afterward. I asked the lady at the counter if they would be making more barbacoa since there was only a scoop or two left, and she said no. When I asked again if they could make more, she said, “Ma’am, it’s okay to say no,” basically implying I didn’t have to eat there — and she was right. No need to argue or get upset. If someone doesn’t want to serve you, take the hint and take your money to the next place.

This review is for management or the owner if they read these. I came into this location at about 12:50pm today which is Sunday, September 28, 2025 to order two steak quesadillas to-go. It was ridiculous to have the staff tell me with big smirks on their faces that I have to order it online or else it's not available eventhough I have successful placed this same order in person at various other locations. I thought they were joking at first but they were dead serious. I decided to just go to another location that was on my way where I was able to successfully order these items in person without any ands, ifs or buts. I don't know if it's a training issue or if they just do whatever they want but I will never ever come back to this location ever again. These 3 employees that I interacted with are costing you money.

No one welcomes you in upon entering in. We came in a family of 5, they did not have any steak. I decided not to get anything, they did not care to cook anymore. They do not have satisfactory customer service.

One of the servers was very rude when I asked the other girl to try and avoid the peppers as much as possible when she was giving me onions. Clearly I'm intelligent enough to see that they are mixed, I just wanted her to go where there were more onions than peppers.

Every time I come here, I have never greeted, but some people just don’t have manners this time in Particular I was profiled I told the employee that my name is Gabrielle and I guess he is soon because I’m black that my name was Keisha. He was going to hand me an Order that was for a lady named Keisha. I went through the digital pick up line to pick up my order that was placed online, but they made me go inside when there’s no parking to go and pick it up. I won’t be coming back.

Food was good, tried the tacos . Chicken and Barbacoa it was good. The lady cleaning the tables in the dining area was a tad bit rude though.
The food portions are miserable, the meat is tough, and it feels like you're eating leather. Next time I'm in this area, I'll go to McDonald's.

Food was good but they didn't have the grill brisket which is magnificent keep your brisket in stock and they don't give very much meat just a qauter of a spoon full which is not enough
