My co worker & I visited this location on 10/23/24 for the first time on our lunch break . We was sadden and disappointed we had to discover our chicken & brisket bowl with brown rice , the rice was not fully cooked and was CRUNCHY. We would like to hear from management to discuss or offer some type of accommodations, either a refund or either a fresh bowl with fully cooked rice . The establishment was very clean , staff and service was great.

Chipotle said they changed their policy to give more but that’s a LIE here. They are STINGY!!!! Paying almost $20 for a half empty bowl?!?!?? Disgusting. Everytime I come here I’m reminded why I never frequent chipotle anymore

I know it's a running joke that ordering online gets you less but it's honestly comical here. A burrito in person would be normal size and the burrito I put in online was smaller than my hand. Truly a weird control thing; what's it matter if I order in store vs online? I'm not really sure what the point of giving smaller portions to online orders is either. Atmosphere is standard for a Chipotle, as is the food, it's just the service that's terrible.

This is a small portioned chipotle. Beware. One better down the street
The portion of food is becoming smaller and the price higher. You have to ask for extra meat (obviously at an extra cost) To get a decent portion of food.

The only reason it’s a one star is because it’s the lowest. This automated system is only convenient for Chipotle. I ordered two bowls, I received one thrower together bowl with only a few pieces of chicken. My Bowles were steak bowls with a $7+ add on of chicken per bowl. Very poor customer service if the store wasn’t able to provide the complete order at the end of the night the order should’ve been taken. Moving forward the company’s I coach and do business with, Nor myself will not be order from Chipotle again. Also still was charged!
