I visited Chuck E Cheese today 08/24 at 3 pm and i had the worst experience with the food the cook either doesn't care about what she doing or idk cause i ordered boneless wings and those wings looked like vomit they weren't done in a good way. I saw the cook (girl with light blue or green hair) through the kitchen window not wearing a hair net or something, she had all her hair down thats so unsanitary. If it wasn't for Mary or wtv her name was (a hispanic lady) i would of just left and cancel my membership, she helped me solve out this matter.

I hadn't been to a CeC in 35 years, so walking into this one was a bit of a shock. Outside if the size shock (it seemed very small), it was nothing short of a kid's Dave and Busters. It was very clean and well kept. But the magic that I remember from my personal childhood eyes is simply gone. You get nickle and dimed, literally. But the saddest part about this visit (for a 5 year old bday party) is when CeC came out, there was zero energy. You could tell the person in the suit had no drive to play the part. They came out very slow, no energy, stood on the dance floor for about 30 seconds, waved one time and then retreated. It was so bad the kids had no interest in going up to get a hug. They looked more scared than anything. Long gone are the days of this being a prime spot for kids, but esthetically, the restaurant was clean and the food and salad bar looked fresh.

Nice place for children to interact with electronic games and have a nice rewards system. The service yet could improve a lot just by a nice, sincere smile. I know customer service might be hard, but a smile makes the difference, specially for children.

My kid enjoyed herself but the young lady working behind the register had a TERRIBLE attitude. It was as if we inconvenienced her for going there. Not even a hello how can I help you. She would just walk up and stare at you and wait for you to start talking. Her face looked like this 😐😒 both times i had to deal with her. She needs an attitude adjustment or she needs to find another place to work, she even looked at my kid with this blank stare because my child wanted to redeem the tickets for a lollipop. Lucky for her my child didnt notice it because she just wanted her piece of candy, but if my child would have been bothered/intimidated by her then there would have been a problem and i would have gave her the solution. Chuck E. Cheese needs to do better training or choose better people that will represent the company with a better attitude. I went on Sunday 08/10/2025 from 630 to closing time.

THE WORST ATTITUDE FROM THIS ENTIRE STAFF!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Im just visiting Houston and this is my 2nd time ever coming to this exact location. Our first visit was in December and it was also bad. Tried giving it another shot and I will never be returning again. I was told I couldn’t choose how my points were distributed, the employees were ALL ON THEIR PHONES just not giving a damn, there’s kids FLIPPING and way taller than the height limit on the trampoline with little kids and no one is there regulating that but they’re quick to kick kids out who don’t have a wristband. Makes no sense. This location completely sucks. DO NOT VISIT!! And the “owner” replying to these reviews clearly also does not care so long as revenue is being made.

My family and I came to have some fun, we have been coming here for a while now and always have a great time. Yesterday’s visit 8/4 was fun, the place was busy. There were 4 employees working there which were all super nice except for the young lady with the long black braids that was working the register. Her attitude was through the roof. When I went to order food, she was like what do you want, rolling her eyes and just plain rude. The whole time we were there not once did she smile at anyone. A party was being hosted there and she and Chuck E. walked out to the dance with the party guest she showed, no emotion, no nothing, the manager had to step in and she hyped everyone up! The only reason I give this place a 1 star is because of her. I myself am in customer service and smiling makes a huge difference and impact!! Please do better at this location with employees who actually care about their jobs and more who enjoy being there!!!

Used to like coming here. I had not been here in a few months with my kids but now the new staff looks like they don’t want to work there or help people out. I waited to purchase and when someone helped they didn’t even greet they just looked at me like “what do you want?” I asked a couple questions and they just kept pointing at stuff like they were annoyed. I was thinking of purchasing the membership but I’ll invest somewhere else where people actually feel welcomed. On top of that 3 families were able to just walk out because no one was checking the exit. Sad about it because this is where my kids have been going since they were smaller.

That’s why you guys going to bankruptcy. I believe this is my last visit Chuck E Cheese. They have new regulations $30 credit you only can play 1 hour. After 1 hour your card will not work with any device and you can not use remaining balance on next visit. Who did think this stupid idea Definitely we don’t like this ruleeeeee.

I recently had the most fantastic time at Chuck E. Cheese, and it truly exceeded all my expectations! Bringing my little ones here was an absolute delight, and seeing their faces light up with pure joy made my day. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was simply electric – buzzing with excitement and laughter.
The sheer variety of games kept everyone entertained for hours. My kids were beside themselves, running from one game to another, collecting tickets, and just having an absolute blast. It’s truly one of the most kid-friendly places imaginable for a fun outing with pizza and games.
Beyond the games, the food was surprisingly good, and the service was genuinely stellar. The staff were professional, incredibly friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a smooth and enjoyable visit. There was plenty of free parking, which made the arrival and departure stress-free.
What really stood out was how happy my children were. Their eyes lit up with excitement, and that's all a parent could ask for. Chuck E. Cheese isn't just a place for games; it's a place where magical memories are made, and I can't wait to go back!
We went to celebrate my family and my niece's birthday, we didn't make a reservation, we just went to eat and for the children to play, the blue-haired girl was very rude, rushing us very despotically, it was our first time in that location and we were looking at the menu and moving our hands because we were already taking too long, very rude and according to how they close at 9 and already at 8:30 we were already taking the children down from the games, cleaning the fences of one to almost get us out of there and among them speaking badly about some customers who were also eating very bad service we went 4/1

They suck they stand around and look at you like your stupid when you need something but if your kid or other kids do something very small or with inconvenience as kids do they automatically make a big deal out of it. Go to different location this location lacks in size and pretty much everything else.

First time been to this facility of Chuck E Cheese. It's pretty small compared to other locations. There was no Chuck E Cheese dance performance for the Birthday kids which was disappointing. Might not pick or advise this facility for any kids parties.
