if i could give 0 stars i would. the service i got today was unacceptable. i ordered on the app with my name and as soon as i pulled up to the window, the lady just had a weird look on her face and when i told her my name, she said she didn’t have it. my order was clearly placed and i had my order confirmation too. he argued with me and was very rude and tried to not give me my order. finally he gave it to me after arguing… IT WAS RIGHT UNDER THE COUNTER. completely unprofessional and poorly run.

Went here today for a cool treat. We purchased dupes ice cream cones and a blizzard. Well by the time they passed them through the window they were melting. The chocolate had not harden. It was dripping. To top it off the ice cream itself was extremely soft. Very disappointing experience.
This location manager failed to honor my points after ordering my food. Later claimed there scanner didn't work. How unprofessional and rude definitely doesn't need to be working here

This has to be one of the worst run fast food places in America. They can not handle a dinner rush or a Sunday evening shake & blizzard rush. Poor girl at the drive through window was so incompetent. I saw who i guess is the manager walking back and forth on his cell phone. Maybe trying to call in someone to help? Maybe, but while we waited 30 minutes in the drive through i saw a young man in the kitchen (when i got to the window) but he just hustled about for a minute and then left. Anyone in food service would be embarrassed by how this place is run. Anyone in food service would also know that when it gets busy and you are in the weeds, you just bust you arse, the whole team does, and get it done! You will have return customers that way. This way? They should shut it down. Do better, get a proper manager who can train the staff. Get staff who will be willing to work alongside you not just for you.

No good... i went to order me and my son ice cream cup with extra sprinkles and a small cone. I waited almost 10 minutes for 1 car at the drive thru. When our turn he gave me 2 cones 1 with little sprinkles. I told i ordered a cup with extra sprinkles and I paid for the extra. He argued that he needed to charge me. I had to literally speak extra slow for him to understand. He then said ohhh ok. He came back with what I showed in the pic. I asked for more as this doesn't seem close to extra, what I paid for. I would not recommend.
