I like their spicy masala dosa it's like authentic Indian .Most of the food is fresh but they need to make their chicken tikka masala little bit tastier, it's like just salt and color added without any spices.The dish has no flavor.The service is good.

We were very hungry and went for lunch at Desi Indian restaurant. Place was deserted and we were the only customer. There was only one person in the restaurant. We ordered 2 sets of appam, coconut milk and chicken curry. There was a TV with hello of noise. It was mounted in a corner where dinners sits and the kitchen was in other corner. The TV angle was set for them to watch from kitchen. We requested to reduce the volume. The owner/ chef gave an irresponsible look and denied the request. I started getting impatient and my wife got headache with that TV noise. We thought of leaving, but since we ordered the food, we decided to eat minimal, pay and leave the place. Finally the food came after 30 mins. The appam was very dry and cold. We asked if they have fresh ones and again request was denied. My wife tasted the appam and coconut milk and she immediately spit it on the plate. I tasted the appam with chicken curry and it was horrible. I stopped eating. We said the food was not good and asked for the bill/ receipt/ cheque to pay. The person at the counter started shouting and asked us to leave the restaurant. We denied and said we want to pay and go. He shouted again to leave and we left. If they aren’t willing to serve, they can have CLOSED sign outside.

Food is good. Only one comment. Please keep the washroom/Bathroom clean. After having good food, don't feel like to go and wash in your bathroom.

The food was good. The cook knew what he was doing and fixed my medium just right. I had paneer dish and it was fragrant and delicious. I also enjoyed garlic naan. The place prepares southern Indian dishes. The decor was nice, but the place could be cleaner.
One of the best places if you want authentic kerala dishes.The owner has not made any compromise with the taste and the ingredients.Always get fresh food.Highly recommend Kerala Porotta, Chicken 65, Beef fry , Pork fry , and the kerala fish curry !!

Hands down one of the best places to go for Kerala cuisine ( south Indian). Authentic taste as you would find in Kerala. No fancy ambience. But the food makes up for it and more.
