It was my first time to Five Guys. I went because of the BOGO special they had for today. Ordering was easy online. I entered the time I would like to pickup my order. I knew it would be busy. I walked to the counter mark Pick Up. The manager greeted me and then asked for my name. She smiled and repeated my name like yes we have it ready. She handed me my order and thanked me. Then mention where to get ketchup. I had to go back and tell her how well everything was going even with the special. She was on the line packing fries and more orders. I know they had to be slammed but she did not appear to be stressed and had great customer service.

I had to pick up an order from here and the two gentleman preparing the food we're handling the raw meat and vegetables with their bare hands. Only the female worker had on gloves and was changing them out after touching the raw meat. I'd be careful eating food from here, thats a fast way to get someone sick.

The restaurant was very clean. Food was good and fast. Service was great. There was a lady - didn’t catch her name - that seemed to be in charge and you could tell she took pride in making sure everything was done right.

The restaurant is very clean! The food never disappoints. We shared a hotdog and a little cheeseburger (which means it’s a single patty - but still plenty) all stacked to perfection. You can snack on peanuts while you wait. Tasty stuff! Self serve soda fountain. Plenty of ketchup and btw the fries are the BEST. Fried to perfection. Staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of free parking,
Asked for a regular burger. Which means no cheese. I'm the only one in the store. Yet somehow, my order still got messed up with so much cheese it was soaking through the bottom of the bag.
Bad enough you charge me $12 for a burger, you could at least get the order right. Especially when I'm the ONLY ONE there, and there are 3 of you. Guess it takes a High School Diploma to make a burger.

The food was mid! It's overpriced and I ordered a banana shake and received a cherry shake. I was offered peanuts on my way out and the peanuts was stale. The Cajun fries is heavily seasoned and the fries are not crisp and overall bad experience I won't be ever eating there 👎🏿
