This place is in need of a total renovation!At first, we thought the place was closed or out of business. Very dark empty parking lot. Once you get in it smells old and musty in the past he used to have to wait in line to get a delicious burger. The only machine that was working for drinks was masking taped Close and worked intermittently. Our hamburgers were raw in the middle and still cold. We will never go back to Fuddruckers again actually that one in particular.-15⭐️
My family showed up at 7:00 and there was a sign posted that they were closed due to staffing issues. We were furious. Umm...is it 2020 again? There is NO excuse for not having staffing to keep a major chain open for business. Completely unacceptable. This is 100% on the manager, who should be fired. I will be taking my complaint to the corporate office.

Great tasting burger. Made to order and was spot on, and juicy, not a dried out puck. Fry's were tasty. The topping bar was fresh. Best burger I've had in a long time.
