I like that it is a family-run local business. Everything we ordered, including the wings and Salisbury steak, was prepared to perfection. I heartily recommend visiting here for delectable, freshly prepared cuisine!

As much as I want to support this business I can't go back. I think the picture speaks for itself. Went back a second time to get some dessert to try it and was told that Granny had to step out and she would be gone for 15 minutes to 2 hours and she doesn't allow anyone else to touch the food or the register while she's gone.

The worst service!!!Went for lunch, came out 1 1/2hr later nasty sweet tea PURE SUGAR.. and the wings werent cooked all the way and no sauce added JUST A BAD EXPERIENCE

Me and my fiancé went to Granny’s last night to try something new. He ordered the 4 piece fish&fries and i ordered the 1 piece fish &4 piece shrimp dinner. When we got there, there was only one woman leaving the establishment so we figured it wouldn’t take too long for us to get our food. Literally waited from 5:05pm-6:11pm…. WE WERE THE ONLY CUSTOMERS THERE!!! Because we waited so long, Granny thanked us for our patience by giving us two free Antone’s Sandwiches so we thought that was nice. The fish was so crunchy I could barely chew it. The shrimp were HUGE and butterflied which i love, but they were undercooked so when i bit into them, the breading was mushy. I wasn’t going to write a review, we just decided we wouldn’t ever go back. But when my fiancé opened his sandwich to eat it today, it was molded! Please don’t waste your money! Just go somewhere else. Oh and our total was $27! $27 wasted smh

Don't waste your time. This is my 2nd time trying this place and sadly it's a disappointment both times. Service is good, but they cannot get anything out of the kitchen in a timely manner. Also, regretfully, the recipes aren't entirely good either. I truly hate not being able to give a more positive review, but I want to be honest about my experiences. I want so badly to support our businesses. Missouri City has a shortage of good restaurants and it's my humble opinion that this restaurant's current approach is not sustainable either.

Customer service is great. Friendly & attentive. New restaurant. To be fair, I can only speak for the meal I ordered to go. I ordered the salmon croquet. It was good. It came with rice & gravy & 2 sides. I had greens, cabbage and a roll. Well, the roll was hard (probably trying to warm it in the oven), the rice & cabbage were very good. The greens would have being good if they weren't so salty. I'm excited to have a restaurant with breakfast, lunch & dinner. I will definitely give them another chance. It was the end of the day. They did try to give me what I asked for, even though it was almost closing time. Next, I will try breakfast or lunch and a different dinner. I love greens, so it's gonna take me a minute to try them again, but I will!! THESE people are so nice. Family oriented. We've got to keep them in business!

It is truly a pleasure to be able to get a good home cooked breakfast in the Stafford/ Missouri City area. Granny can really burn in the kitchen. The seafood omelet was exceptional. I would have given granny 5 stars but the wait time was out of this world (45 minutes) as everything i ordered was made fresh to order. Granny is going to have to recruit some of her grand babies to help out because Granny is practically a one woman show and I don't want her to burn herself out. We need Granny to be here for a long time to come. Definitely call ahead time for your order.

Mashed potatoes are instant and disgusting.there was no butter or seasoning.cabbage no seasoning.broccoli and cheese has liquid cheese could add rice and seasoning to make it better other wise use shredded cheese. I’m just disappointed.corn On the cob old and soggy like it’s been sitting in water all day.okra and tomatoes half decent just needs love.tge food can be fixed just needs to stop being cheap and buy wholesome ingredients
