Great American Cookies

It was Saturday Mid-day, my family and I wanted to get dessert after coming from a great lunch. We pulled up in the parking lot and the place was empty, we were the only ones in sight. Walking into the shop we smelt the fresh cookies baking in the oven and the scent of the ice-cream flavors blending in the air. We were welcomed in by two workers. I ordered the cookie cake with chocolate frosting, while my brother and my mom went the ice cream route. The desserts were very sweet and worth the stop. Overall, I would rate this experience 5 stars out of 5. The desserts were savory, and the service was quick.

Horrible cookie. They put a brand on cheap cookie dough and quadrupled the price. Crumble Cookie is the way to go.

Absolutely awful experience. I went to one of these stores one day and got a few cookies. They were great. So my wife ordered a cookie cake from them for my birthday. Not only did they change the location of the pickup after the order was placed, but it took us to the mall to pick it up. I walk all the way into the mall to find out they don't have it. The guy knew what the order was, but said they don't have it there and it was at another store. He gave me bad directions to the other store and I couldn't find it. I called, and they wouldn't let me cancel the order until it gets approved by the district manager. So hopefully the manager sees this and realized they completely need to redo their system. So now I'm out $40 and got nothing except an empty gas tank.

I recently visited the Great American Cookie Co., and I was not disappointed! Their bakery items were so inventive and tasty that I had a hard time choosing which cookies to purchase. The friendly staff was also very helpful in assisting with my selection.The store had a huge variety of cookies, from classic favorites like sugar and oatmeal to newer options like mint melty churros and white chocolate cranberry. All of the cookies were beautifully presented and smelled amazing. The prices were reasonable and the cookies were very fresh.The atmosphere of the store itself was also great. It was warm and inviting and you could smell the delicious cookies baking in the ovens. The colorful decorations made the store seem even more inviting.All in all, I had a great experience at the Great American Cookie Co. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for fresh, homemade cookies. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, the atmosphere was friendly and inviting, and the cookies were delicious.

Customer service is very poor at this store. The attitude from a man that works there is like he's doing me a favor. I went there for the Tax Day BOGO cookie slice promotion. This store is listed in the app as a participating location. I show him all of this. He sat there and looked at me expecting me to pay full price. I have been to this location on other occasions, but will not be returning there. I will also be contacting corporate to ask them to remove this store from promotions. They obviously don't know about them or are choosing not to participate.

The stafford fountain’s location did an amazing job on my son’s custom cookie cake! I’ve ordered from several other locations and never received a cake with this much talent before. Very impressed. We will be back!

Not even open during the middle of the day. The workers just standing there without masks on making the cookie cakes. It's okay, just won't be getting any of my business.

Always a go to when I'm craving dessert. Always go for the cookie slice, double doozy, or if I'm up for it the ice cream. Sometimes they run out of the cookie slices and have other options to chose from. One thing I would recommend as I always see it happen, have more of the whit icing cookie slices as the brown/chocolate icing overloads the taste. Staff is always nice.
