Nice little spot, clean with nice service. I have visited mire than once.The Taro milk tea with boba is 7/10 is okay in flavor. This last visit was a tad bit disappointing my Thai tea tasted like water mixed with sugar with no flavor 😟

The sandwiches are top tier good i was surprised but the boba here is actually really good and the price is really affordable too they don’t tax like these other places and the cups are huge but i’m definitely coming back
