The customer service was mid I placed a order and luckily I checked it before leaving. The pancakes were missing and when I got home the food was cold. Overall disappointment!

Staff were friendly and attentive. Pancakes and waffles for kids were good, as this is expected for their staple item. Hashbrowns were barely cooked through, with only a slight browning on the outside. Eggs Benedict came out with essentially hard boiled eggs on top. Not worth the trouble to get everything remade.

Alyssa is the most kind, funny and intelligent server! We had a great time during our breakfast because of her funny jokes. The food was delicious, she helped me pick gluten free items to be safe from my allergies but the experience of meeting her made it even more unique. My kids loved meeting her. Managers, keep her. Hello,
I wanted to bring to your attention an incident I witnessed during my recent visit. While waiting for my food at the front, I observed a manager—whose name I believe is Keke—interacting with a server in a very unprofessional and concerning manner.
The manager was publicly disrespectful to the employee, repeatedly threatening to call the police on him. From what I could see and hear, the server was simply trying to cash out and remained calm and respectful throughout the situation. I’ve had this server assist me multiple times before, and he has always provided excellent service.
What was especially troubling was that the manager called the owner and claimed the server was being irate and refusing to leave, which did not reflect what was actually happening. It seemed like a serious misrepresentation of the situation.
I believe this matter warrants further review, as the behavior I witnessed from the manager was not only unprofessional but also unnecessarily escalatory.

I’d like to sincerely thank the staff for their kindness and support. They were extremely helpful and caring especially khali ,towards us and the one who needed extra care, going above and beyond to ensure comfort and well-being. We truly appreciate their professionalism and compassion.
