My friends and I always spend a lot of money at Jack in the box. But never again at this location. Or at least until the lady with the shaved head works there. Terrible customer service. Which makes it bad for business. The lady with a shaved head is extremely rude, along with the other co-worker, a young guy who was scheduled with her. They looked like they were arguing when we pulled up to the window. Maybe that threw off the order? About 1:45 a.m. on January 25, 2025. My order was correct on the screen but came out wrong. I had to drive around the line after getting the wrong items again just to get denied and made the rest of my order cold. The young guy gave me no receipt and no refund, yet I gave the incorrect order back without a refund. They said to come in the morning. Im like, you think im not hungry right now? All I asked was for my food to be correct. That's simple. Besides, how many negative reviews does your company need on the same employee that's potentially hurting your business and customers go elsewhere. Honestly, I would not give them a star at all.

Please make sure you have staff that doesn’t keep asking you what your order three times then ask you all over again when they want you to pull up to the window. What was shown on the screen was nothing what I ordered…

Rudeeeeee night shift staff she don't have no manner to talk after asking for a order she yell on speaker and for no reason she made me wait for 20 minutes just to say pull upto the window... must teach them customer service ... or better hire a better staff who have some patience.....

This morning I went and a lady who didn't have a uniform stirred the tea with her hand! She didn't have gloves. I don't use a spoon or a whisk. I only use her hand, it's really disgusting. I don't even want to imagine how they prepare the rest.

I ordered a kids meal and the lady sold me a bigger meal not even gave me the amount nor a receipt. Plus I ordered sweet tea and she gave me coke. She was not paying attention to what was being ordered. Tried calling no answer. Not at all customer service

We had an awful experience at the Jack in the Box located at 12175 Southwest Fwy, Stafford, TX 77477. After waiting in the drive-thru line for about 20 minutes, we finally reached the order window, only to be told by the employee (a white male) to wait again. After another 15 minutes, we asked about placing our order, and he rudely said, “Get out of here, I’m not taking your order.” We were shocked and confused but had no choice but to wait in line to exit.
When we tried to express our concerns at the payment window, the employee turned his back on us, IN FRONT OF US, and shut the window, completely ignoring us. This was extremely disrespectful, and we can’t help but feel that our race (we are Asian) played a part in how we were treated. This kind of behavior is unacceptable.
I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this location. I stood in line at Jack in the Box for a long time, and they simply refused to take my order. The staff completely ignored me, even though I waited patiently. This is unacceptable, and I will definitely not be coming back. I do not recommend this place due to the terrible service.
