We ordered delivery of Ube Cheese Pan de Sal and Pan de Sal. The Ube Cheese was great, mild flavor of bread with awesome cream cheese in the middle. The Pan de Sal tasted like regular wheat rolls, good but nothing new.

I ordered their cinnamon bundt cake and everyone LOVED it! Everyone was talking about how delicious it was and how nice of a cinnamon aroma it has.
I was taking this cake up to Austin to share with someone and needed it to stay fresh for 3 days. The woman who works there was kind enough to wrap it for me to help it stay fresh. She told me not to put it in the fridge or it would dry out.

Amazing pancit, absolutely delicious! Had great quality shrimp and chicken added as an option. Ordered 2 trays for take out and they were beautifully displayed
Very cozy atmosphere with very friendly service. Ordered a bit of everything from the menu and all of it was delicious. Can’t wait to come back.

I’ve been a loyal customer for over 6 years because of their beef empanadas. I always order 2 or 3 dozens of them. They are just so delicious and the perfect amount of filling to dough ratio, with the dough being not too soft and not too hard/crunchy. The beef empanadas also contain small amount of vegetables (I think potatoes, carrots, and peas from what I’ve seen) which enhances the flavor of them, although a major setback to this is you cannot refrigerate them for too long as the vegetables will spoil quicker than the beef and bread. There have been some inconsistencies in the empanadas over the 6 years I’ve had them, such as a different and weird-tasting choice of beef, lack of filling, very thin dough, burnt dough, etc., but for the most part the empanadas are my FAVORITE thing to get and is actually one of the foods I prioritize getting when I visit Houston.
For other critiques not related to the beef empanadas, the service can sometimes be slow. For example, it took 5 bell rings for someone to come out of the kitchen and take my order. One time, I also ordered on the app and set to pick it up 3 hours after I ordered. Upon arrival, the food was still not ready and I had to wait 30 more minutes. PLEASE NOTE however that these were only a FRACTION of the encounters I’ve experienced. The service is good overall as the employees are friendly and reassuring, and no serious problems have ever came about.
One major setback for me over the years is that the prices of the beef empanadas have gone up (from about $12 per dozen in 2016 to a WHOPPING $18 per dozen in 2025). I understand that this is a local bakery, economic inflation is a problem, and the business recently lost their owner (may she rest in peace and God take care of her, her family, and Jambetos), but with this price increase I kindly ask to maintain the rich quality of the empanadas and severely lessen the inconsistencies.

I love coming here after school and just being by myself. It's small inside but very cozy and contained (also has a beautiful mural on the wall). Very kind and friendly service (with very good prices!) and a perfect place to come while studying or doing homework. The eggrolls are piping hot and so crispy and delicious. Their wide variety of baked goods is super impressive as well and I try something new from them every time. Amazing place!

I was so excited to come here but it was a true disappointment. Atmosphere was unwelcoming: the man looked like he did not want to be there. The woman was nice but had no idea what was what. She didn’t know what halo halo was (she could not locate it on the menu or the register) or what ube pandesol was (there’s a big poster in the front!). She gave me the wrong pandesol when the ube one was clearly purple. The man in the back came to the front but didn’t help her nor did he greet us.
We came in about noon when no one else was there on a Thursday. I cannot return to support this business. Will find a closer Filipino bakery.

buttercream mamon, chocolate mamon and ube cupcake were absolutely delicious. ube cupcake lacked ube flavor and yet was delicious and tasted of buttercream. mocha flavor was non-existent in the mocha silvana and mocha mamon. ube pandesal tasted of American cheese and cream cheese and no ube flavor. pan de ube had ube filing however the bread wasn't brioche or buttery and was bland. turon had flavors of sweet plantain and was topped with hard caramel. buko pie had flavors of coconut. turon and buko pie were just ok. pan de coco filling was coconut and brown sugar was delicious however the bread was bland. chicken asado siopao filling was yummy the bun was white tasted of uncooked dough. I didn't receive my cassava cake.
The 2 star is for that horrible Flintstone vitamin drink they tried to pass off as a blackberry lemonade, ruined the whole meal for me.

The beef empanadas taste really good and are a good price! The lumpia was also very fresh. The pandesal is also bigger than at other Filipino bakeries. It’s a cute little bakery! The painting on the wall is pretty as well. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area!
