We travel all over the east and Midwest so we were excited to go to Jersey Mike’s in Stafford after a day of travel. We were expecting the normal Jersey Mike’s quality when we ordered 2 giant sandwiches ($18 ea.). What we got was more like Subway, a lot of bread and hardly anything else. From the 4 slices of cheese on our giant veggie to the light lettuce on our order we were really disappointed. We will be in the area for a few months but this location won’t get any business from us.

We LOVE our jersey Mike's! Food is always fresh, store is clean and the staff is always kind and swift with delivering fresh, delicious sandwiches. Got a free regular sub through points today and got the buffalo chicken 🙌🏻 so good!!!

For a very expensive sandwich I was very disappointed with the service and my sandwich. They put a ton of vinegar and oil on my sandwich it made the bread very soggy. The young man made my sandwich the entire time as If he was irritated. The workers don’t speak up when you’re talking to them . I get the register and scanned for my rewards and pay . For the young lady to tell me the scanner didn’t go through for the rewards after the fact I already purchased the sandwich. Those sandwiches are too expensive to not receive the benefits of what comes with being a reward member .

Dear Jersey Mike’s Management, I am writing to formally share my disappointment regarding the service I received at your [insert location here] store on [insert date]. Unfortunately, the experience was unprofessional and unacceptable, and I feel it is important to bring this to your attention. When I arrived, the line was long and only one employee was serving customers inside, while another employee was available but not assisting. The employee preparing my sandwich, Emyly Torres, was distracted, talking to customers behind me, and rushing through orders instead of focusing on accuracy. Once my order reached the employee handling vegetables, her body language and facial expressions clearly showed she did not want to be there. This came across as very unprofessional while she was preparing food that I was paying for. When I checked out, the employee with red hair incorrectly labeled one of the sandwiches, which resulted in me receiving the wrong order. After taking a bite and realizing the mistake, my friend politely returned the sandwich to the counter. Instead of handling the situation with professionalism, the employee became defensive and visibly irritated. She threw the sandwich away and claimed the other worker would remember my order, but that turned out to be false. The replacement sandwich was not prepared correctly either. When we requested a refund, Emyly was extremely rude, raising her voice and showing clear hostility toward us. I told her that her attitude was unnecessary, to which she responded that she did not need to adjust it. Her behavior was not only unprofessional but also embarrassing, as it occurred in front of other customers. The situation left me so upset that I could not even finish my food. As a paying customer, I should not be made to feel disrespected when pointing out a mistake. Mistakes happen in any business, but it is how they are handled that makes the difference. Instead of taking ownership and correcting the error, your staff made the situation worse. I am requesting that this issue be addressed with the staff involved, and that proper training in professionalism and customer service be provided. A refund for my incorrect order would also be appropriate. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I have always enjoyed Jersey Mike’s and would like to continue being a customer. However, this experience was disappointing and did not reflect the standards I expect from your brand.
Very disappointing experience. Staff gave me the wrong sandwich and instead of correcting it politely, they were rude, defensive, and unprofessional. Emyly even raised her voice in front of other customers, which was embarrassing and made the situation worse. The service was so poor I couldn’t even finish my food.

I love Jersey Mike's. I'm Very particular about soft stewy like tomatoes. I like firm tomatoes on my sandwiches. They Always accommodate my request! Great customer service & Fresh taste!
