Been here multiple times 30+ mins before closing and employees said they were closing up and couldn’t make anything because they already started cleaning up. Save yourself the hassle and go to the jimmy johns in sugar land town center because this location has consistently terrible employees, which may also explain why I’ve received stale bread multiple times. It’s a shame because I live right next to this location and I love Jimmy John’s, but I consistently have a bad experience every time I attempt to go to this location.

Ordered a Kickin Ranch “Chicken” wrap today in the drive thru, got back to my office to eat it and there was no chicken! Thats absurd, how do you forget the main ingredient!

My recent experience was very disappointing. There were approximately six employees standing around talking, while only two appeared to be actively working. The individual who took my order was inattentive and did not provide his full attention.

He failed to ask if I was a rewards member, confirm my order for accuracy, or inquire if I wanted my sandwich toasted. When I mentioned that I wanted to enter my number for rewards, he briefly began setting it up but then walked away to chat and laugh with a coworker, leaving me waiting for several minutes.

When my order was finally completed, it was incorrect. Instead of taking accountability, he insisted that I had given him the wrong order. If proper attention and care had been given during the ordering process, this mistake could have been avoided entirely.

This level of service is unacceptable, and I felt compelled to share my experience in the hopes that it can be addressed and improved moving forward.

I haven't had the best experiences here in the past, but I just went yesterday, 6/11/2025 and the service was AMAZING. The tall manager was polite and greeted EVERYONE as soon as they came in the door. Keep it up, I'll be back!
