The evenimg employees are extremely rude and seem as if they don't like their jobs. The sign was not even lit up outside the location. I provided feedback on my experience and was offered a $20 credit which didn't exist when I tried to redeem it. I did not ask for anything. It just says a lot in general. All the locations are not like this one. It's just this location that has a customer service problem.

I came in Jimmy John’s on a Friday evening and the restaurant was so clean! I actually can use the restroom in a good restaurant without it being nasty! The customer service and food was excellent the lady that help me was very polite pleasant and very friendly and very attentive she had a very wonderful attitude.I asked her name she told me her name was Mycia! Food places need more people like her the staff was get even Amia was awesome as well! Them ladies worked great I didn’t have to wait long for my food! I will be back just because of Mycia outstanding customer service!

I’m not sure who is the new people they hired but they’re horrible. Don’t bother going even remotely close to closing because you’ll get a horribly thrown together sandwich. Very dissatisfied

Wow! Can we say bad attitude immediately! Woman counting money looked at me like I’d done something to her! Before I could complete my sentence, she snappishly and rudely cut me off! I don’t get it! Why deal with the public at all?

This is my second time coming here and I won’t be back again. The employees are so rude and act as if they hate their job and you are an inconvenience to them. Just beyond rude and I can definitely take my money elsewhere where.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from your company. I frequently order from Jimmy John’s, and this is the first time my order was both mishandled and not delivered.

After placing my order, Jimmy John’s sends my order to Uber eats and I never received it, I called the store and was assured that a new order would be sent out. Despite waiting another hour, the food still did not arrive. When I called to request a refund, I was instructed to contact corporate because the store could not explain why cash had been removed from the register.

After I send proof and evidence that I ordered it on the app, they tell me that I ordered it through Uber itself and still did not want to give me my refund. It is not like I am asking for $1 million. I just want a refund of $30.84.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and the lack of resolution to this issue.

I order online to this location alot and most of the time everything is good. But lately they have been seriously dropping the ball with my add-ons. Forgot my hummus and was stuck with dry pita chips. Today they forgot my brownie for the 3rd time. This happens both in the drive through and walk in. It's on the receipt and they check it but clearly not carefully enough. I'm tired of paying for things and not getting them.
